The last two times I went here I had to ask for a manager so I can finally get the things I ordered... now I've been sitting in this drive-thru so long that I've had time to go online and give you a one-star review before I ever even remotely get this food

I went to Sonic at 1:50 p.m. today. I was the only car in line. It took me 18 minutes to get my order. When I got to the window the person there started naming off items on the menu trying to guess what I ordered. When I finally told them what I ordered and what I received was incorrect. Sonic is now off of my list of fast food places to eat.

I don’t know why I can’t post pictures in my review, but I ordered a bacon breakfast toaster and ended up with a BLT. No egg or cheese, but mayo, lettuce, bacon, and tomato slices. Husband didn’t check until he got home. Service is also slow most of the time we go.
Young man taking the order was exceptionally rude, argumentative and doesnt know his own menu. I asked for crinkle cut fries. The screen showed up as pickle fries. No big deal, i said not the pickle fries, the crinkle cut fries. He started arguing that their crinkle cut fries are the pickle fries. The menu clearly shows them as two different things. He didnt want to hear it so i just left.

Ordered the new Sugar Cookie Dr. Pepper, had a friend pick it up for me and when I got it there was no sweet cream in it. Not surprised just disappointed I couldn't try it the way it's supposed to be made.

2 stars for food, there was a beetle in my burrito. 5 stars for service bc they remade me a beetle-free one no questions asked. Didn't taste the first one but the second was not great. 3 stars atmosphere but I mean it's a sonic.

10 out of 12 past orders have had something wrong with them. Wrong sized drinks, missing ingredients from drinks, mix up in burritos sizes, ingredients put on that were marked to be left off etc. I take no pleasure in leaving negative reviews but at some point, enough is enough. Not sure where the problem lies but definitley a problem somewhere. Workers, training, management, ownership??? It needs addressed some how. Sonic is the last icon of the early american drive in and car hops. If not fixed, business will dwindle sooner than later.
