They never give you a sleeve, so you’re constantly burning yourself with hot coffee. Also, always out of stuff & always different people working. It’s irritating.

Stopped by during a slow afternoon. The guy that took our order was great. The guy with the patchy neckbeard that prepared our drinks was not great. I know working retail can be very difficult. I have low expectations and an abundance of patience. I tipped $5 on $23.

Stopped in for a Hot Caramel Macchiato and I don’t know if they’ve changed their recipes, suppliers or what but it was the worst caramel macchiato I have EVER got from Starbucks, it tasted watered down to be honest, sadly I was already 8 miles down the interstate before I took a drink so I couldn’t turn around, I hope this isn’t something that is normal, Starbucks has ALWAYS been my go to for coffee and coffee drinks. That being said, the service was stellar and the person at the window was very pleasant! The coffee was just awful

Went through the drive-thru that was like three or four cars ahead of me and it was a very short wait pulled up the window tapped my car selected the tip got my drink and I left well that in a couple sandwiches but overall it was a wonderful service.

Parking: Really didn't need to use the parking just pulled in briefly after going to the drive-thru got my drink how I wanted it to be about the sandwich out nice and warm got back on the road had my caffeine and my sandwich wonderful visit

I went through the drive thru this morning and had to repeat my order three times before it was correct. I did not check my sandwich until I left and found the sandwich dumped in the bag without any wrapping; it had slid apart enough to allow the cheese to stick to the bag. I was disappointed in the presentation.

Ottawa Starbucks is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. My order is always right and If it’s not, they have no problem remaking it. They are all so kind and passionate about working there. I appreciate each of their great customer service especially Brian. Thanks for all you guys do!

I know a store can be busy. I know mistakes can happen. But the middle of the morning rush is not when you should be discussing what everyone is going to be doing for the rest of thier shift or why you did or didn't take a break during your last shift. Make the coffee and get people out of there. Also, people don't place mobile orders to get cold or watered down coffee that has been sitting there for 20 minutes, or to stand and wait for 10 minutes when they placed their order on the way to the store. They use mobile so that their order will be ready and fresh when they get there. Simply after seeing my cold brew order sit under the tap (with no coffee being poured) while the employee remakes an order she made a mistake on, another frappe along with it, 2 pink drinks for the drive through, and then 2 iced lattes before coming back to the order that just need a handle pulled I have little desire to come back to this store. Combine that with the apparent lack of urgency on mobile orders and the discussion & changing of roles during the rush and I believe using stars for "free" coffee is too expensive to come back to this store. I will try again after the first of the year, which means what had become a daily Starbucks will likely become a weekly as fewer stores are convenient for my commute. If after that "second chance" there isn't marked improvement I'll brun through my stars for "free" coffee and be done with Starbucks as most other stores are out of my way. If it's not more convenient and more consistent/better flavor than I can get at home, what's the point?

Stopped for a quick coffee and ended up waiting for 25 mins. Absolutley no fault of the employees- they were hustling and had great attitudes despite the long line. I would love to see more people working here so that the service can be faster!
