Use to be good but then it went down hill very quick after the new owners took over the one in Walmart should have stayed open and not this location. Go to Wrays or pizza time or pizza village for subs plz don’t go here I don’t want anyone get sick. Plz don’t go if u want subway go to Baldwin or Lawrence or Gardner or Garnett

What's funny is the owner will act like he'll take the coupons but as soon as the order is done he'll tell you he's not taking them so I started using the app then he got the coupons disabled on it too don't send out coupons if we can't use them I don't care if your not from America your not gonna sit here and scam us in person like you do on the app

I ordered a pretzel. It was so hard, I couldn't even bite into it. I had to take my hands, break it apart, to give to the dogs. And they had a problem chewing it. And the nacho sause was cold. I heated it up, before I knew that I couldn't eat the pretzel. Never again.

Disappointed the only sugar free drink option was water. Did not find any sugar free bottled tea in cooler either, but paid for a drink not knowing I would not find what I wanted!

Spent 15 dollars on a sandwich and a drink, the machine was out of everything except coke, wouldn’t refund me for the drink. I got home and the bread was super hard and hardly any toppings. Definitely not worth the $15.

This location use to be great.
It changed hands and I stopped going. My wife felt like a subway sandwich and I broke down and went there. Wow. Worst subway EVER!!!! Previously this location had to 2-3 people working at a time and gave great service. Today (7-12-24) what an experience. Only one employee who was exceedingly slow. I couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t understand anything I said!! I will NEVER go there again. Terrible. I will tell everyone I can. Someone from subway corporate should visit unannounced.

On top of the terrible service, the bread was stale, lettuce was stale. Tomatoes were tiny. Communication didn’t allow me to get the correct dressing. It was terrible. I think it was mostly vinegar. My wife told me she didn’t like it at all.
My wife was hospitalized in January with pneumonia. She was on oxygen until late April. The ONLY thing she wanted was a subway sandwich!! I went daily for her sandwich. That’s how we knew how the bad the subway at this location has fallen.

First time ordering online and getting delivery, delivery was great so I feel the service was good because it was faster than the estimated time. The food however was not! I got a pretzel stick, took a bite and couldn’t chew it, threw it away and prayed my sub was good. I was happy with the outside look of the sub, not over toasted as I asked for it to be lightly toasted. Once I bit into it I knew I was mistaken. Hardly any meat on it and the cheese was lumped along the back. I’ve been avoiding subway for almost a year because the last time wasn’t worth it. I used to work at subway years ago and in a different location so I was very disappointed. Not sure I’ll order again. At least not here.
Was 90 degrees inside. I don't wanna be sweating while trying to eat. The language barrier was annoying. I ordered the new dipper things and they made me a pizza. When I mentioned I was confused about my order they tossed the pizzas aside and seemed annoyed. Also got a foot long pretzel, was too hard to eat. Won't be going back. The dippers are supposed to be a foot long and they were nowhere close to that..

Ordered on the app and they got my order wrong. They also don't accept coupons at this location. I guess they think they have a local monopoly on sandwich shops. The staff hardly speaks English. I used to love this store before the new owners took it over.
