Ordered on the app, showed up 15 minutes after it said it was ready and it was not. They had yet to make the sandwich and hadn’t reached out about the missing ingredients which was the hold up. Waited on the other guests in the store for 15 more minutes while I politely waited in line with no greetings from any of the employees. And then the sandwich was made haphazardly and didn’t follow the instructions for the sandwich….got there at 7:10 left at about 7:35 for my pickup order

New owners are not very friendly... Also the meatballs in my sandwich tasted as if they had been i the warmer for 24 hrs. It was early afternoon. Last time I had subway I ordered my sandwich on Italian herb and spice bread. It was a delivery order it was very fast. But I got my sandwich on pita bread as in a wrap, and I don't do wraps.1

Awful don’t go here food is moldy and the people that work here are rude. The worst subway I ever been to. Use to be good but then it went down hill very quick after the new owners took over the one in Walmart should have stayed open and not this location. Go to Wrays or pizza time or pizza village for subs plz don’t go here I don’t want anyone get sick. Plz don’t go if u want subway go to Baldwin or Lawrence or Gardner or Garnett
What's funny is the owner will act like he'll take the coupons but as soon as the order is done he'll tell you he's not taking them so I started using the app then he got the coupons disabled on it too don't send out coupons if we can't use them I don't care if your not from America your not gonna sit here and scam us in person like you do on the app

I ordered a pretzel. It was so hard, I couldn't even bite into it. I had to take my hands, break it apart, to give to the dogs. And they had a problem chewing it. And the nacho sause was cold. I heated it up, before I knew that I couldn't eat the pretzel. Never again.
