I love taco Bell, I went thru the drive thru tonight. Normally takes at least 5 minutes for just a coke. But tonight I ordered, and got my food in less than 2 minutes. It was great. Only complaint I have,,,,, the cook didn't put beef in my beef and bean burrito. I payed for it, but no meat.
All in all, it was a good experience tonight

We got to the drive thru and the lady with pink hair was passive aggressive for no reason got to the window and she let out a huge sigh I just didn’t feel welcome at all I’m not one to write reviews either she just had no reason to be upset it’s a job don’t work if it sucks that bad

We ordered the lunch box (2 of them) and they literally just tossed the food in there nacho and some of the other food spilled all over the bag.

Went through the line tonight to pick up a mobile order that had already been paid for. The lady over the microphone proceeded to inform me, very rudely, that they closed at 10. I mentioned how my order was paid for, and she then, once again very rudely, informed me that there was a 1-800 number i could contact if I wanted a refund, and stopped answering afterwards. Never once was I notified by the app that the store was closed, so my money was taken with little resolve. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

When I was here to get a quick lunch I rounded up for donation. Which I was perfectly fine with but I was still shorted a whole dollar back. I get that it's just a dollar but I'm unsure why it was necessary. Figured a review would benefit everyone more than that dollar in my pocket.

Terrible service. Guy at the counter said he didn't know if the bag on the counter was our food or not. Then he said he couldn't check the food and then said if I check it we can't take it back. There was no receipt with it or a name attached to the bag. So they just expect you to take the wrong food and they won't take it back if it's not?! The food is now cold, the sauces were missing. Get it together
