Ordered nuggets and fries. They were cold and when I took back the teller said. “ shouldn’t be cold “. It was 11:45. If it wasn’t cold , why would I return the food. Eaten there weekly and never had cold food. I walked away with cold food. Threw in the trash after consuming no fries and 3 nuggets.

Came in and ordered a single meal. Sandwich was cold so I returned it to the counter. They brought me out a second,still cold sandwich. The fries weren’t even edible. They need to teach the employees how to serve food that is at least warm. They weren’t even busy which may have been the problem. Disgusting.

Horrible experience waited almost an hour for my food never got my food got in an argument with a cook and the little girl behind the register I wanted my money back it's ridiculous to run a restaurant this way would not recommend this restaurant to anybody will never come back again first time that I've ever raised my voice at someone but it's ridiculous when no one can get their food and we waited almost an hour and still never got the food

We went in for 4 frosties that are supposed to be 99 cents, we were charged 2.99/frosty for 2 chocolate and 2 vanilla. While waiting 15 minutes for our frosties, we were informed that chocolate is gone (after I paid for it) and wasn’t offered a refund. The workers had terrible attitudes, everyone that ordered before/after me came back up with their food because something was messed up with their order. Also, their floors were absolutely disgusting.

Prompt service clean tables. Only problem was a couple pieces of lettuce was somehow on my baconator all and your ZERO sugar products were out which dramatically killed the drink menu.
