Some of the staff was pretty rowdy. A few plates were dropped and the other nearby staff laughed loudly and swore. The food was okay. The crispy chicken on the sandwich was juicy and well cooked. The fries and mozzarella were okay, pretty standard. My wait staff was Tiffany and she was friendly and welcoming! Offered to bring us extra ranch and to go waters.
They were understaffed on Father's Day, but the team DID try to hold it together...there could have been more hustle, and a touch more communication with the guests (just a helpful tip!), but they tried!
Food was great, service was not. It seemed like one girl was doing everything, definitely needs more team members. Potential is there just gotta come up with a better plan. Food was great. Drinks were good.
