I believe in giving extra chances. That being said, we came to this location on 3 separate occasions in 2022 & 2023, but all 3 times the food wasn't very good. Usually a good experience, typically eat at this location 2xs weekly, but today was off-burger was very dry/overcooked, fries were horribly over seasoned, server forgot my drink refill request & to top things off, they charged the wrong (higher bill, table of 2 people) bill to my credit card for almost twice the amount of what my bill (always $14.50 because always order same $9.99 lunch special burger w/fries & a soda) The bill was corrected prior to leaving, but trying...
