Well there serving raw roast beef tonight if you want any. Seriously, got home with my order and the roast beef was red and the bun was soaked with blood. Their excuse, oh yeah, sorry, we had to fast cook one. Completely unacceptable. Went back and got a turkey sandwich and no apology at all. How awful this experience was.

As expected for an Arby’s. Would be nice if condiments were self serve tho. They seem irritated if asking for some after you get your food.

Today marked the third time I have ordered a honey mustard wrap and been given a ranch wrap. Even with the cashier repeating honey mustard back to me. They are also frequently wrapped so poorly that I have to rewrap them to make them edible. Staff is nice at this place and they have done well in the past, but seems like there has been some training issues within the last few months.

Where is the beef? Seems like they have shrunken the smokehouse brisket. Tastes great, but it was half the weight of my child’s roast beef and cost more.

Just wanted to let the big guy with the beyond horrible attitude who screamed at me when I asked for bronco sauce that it has not been discontinued. Arby’s needs to get rid of him he is lazy and has been bullying customers for far too long

Part of our order was missing on DoorDash so obviously we’re upset trying to figure out what’s going on and we got it figured out but the way their assistant manager was handling things was very unprofessional and rude. In fact, everytime I go to this Arby’s everyone there is pretty rude. Bad customer service for sure. Do better seriously how are you an assistant manager with that attitude towards his customers.

My family of 7 stopped in at Arby's after a long day at the Renaissance festival. Everyone ordered a meal with no special instructions. The cashier was sweet as can be. However, the cook, was absolutely terrible. Before we even ordered he was throwing food down the shoot for outgoing orders very aggressively. 2 of our orders were wrong. When the cashier asked for a correction, he argued with her and insisted it was correct. It was in fact wrong and we needed a new sandwich. The second sandwich was a mistake on the cashiers part and she was quick to fix the issue and once again the cook had an issue with it. The cheese sauce tasted weird, maybe old.. not exactly sure and the wrap to the gyro was rock hard. I did not ask for it to be replaced because it had been such an inconvenience to replace food that was 100% not the correct items. Fries were hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, as well as the restrooms and the cashier was very apologetic for the issues.

I spent 15 minutes in the store trying to get my app to load the offer on by Arby's app's homepage. Then I proceeded to the calendar to try to get it resolved. And basically Dave working the counter refused to help me. He just told me it wasn't a very good app and wasn't going to honor what he seen on my app. Let him know I wasn't very happy the way he took care of his customers and that he had a bad attitude. Then left the store. Couldn't see any reason to spend money there or in the future. Went across the street to McDonald's and they were more than happy to help me with any issue with my app. They said they would honor anything in my app.

I had the BBQ brisket sandwich, curly fries and Dr.Pepper. service was quick, friendly and the food was very good! Restaurant was clean and looked well maintained, no complaints or issues.

Everyone was friendly but while I was trying to order someone was yelling in the background and I couldn't hear the gal on the speaker
When I got to the window there was a man there he wasn't very friendly he was a big man had tattoos on him I tried to say hi and he glared at me if that's the type of manager they're getting now Paola doesn't need it!!! We're just a small town we like friendly service. I can talk like this since I'm 70 years old. And don't care what people think anymore.
