The food is tasty. The service seems to be very unfriendly. A few younger servers who do not have any customer oriented motivation at all, not even a smile. After our meal we went to look at the sweets on the counter. Asked the girl behind the counter if we could take a piece of cake and what the cost was. She continued to be doing something and basically ignored our request. We stood there for a few minutes waiting but she didn't bother to even ask if she could help. All...
Food was pretty good, but the servers were zombies. And it just doesn't seem like a German restaurant. No ambiance. Their beer taps were not working, and all they offered was Budweiser. Any good German restaurant has good German beer. Probably won't make the 30 mile trip back.
A new favorite place to eat. I had lived in Germany for 5 years, so I was looking for authentic German food. I had the Ruben sandwich. It was amazing. Their pretzel is served with beer cheese, right on point. I was hoping for the pretzel that is sold in Germany, it wasn't but it still was good. I'll have to come back to try the Rouladen. It's on the supper menu. It was my absolute favorite while I was in Germany.
