I would give 0 if I could. They are never open at 6am. Just change the hours to accommodate employees who can’t show up and do their job. I feel bad for the same guy who is there all the time and has to apologize because he can’t open until someone else shows up.

(Drive through) Honestly, I wouldn't be able to tell you if the food was good, due to the employee that was taking my order interrupting, arguing about what I want, deleting part of what I ordered when I was trying to order more. I admit that I did he ride in the end, when I had finally had enough of the nonsense, arguing, and hateful tone overall, while trying to order the food for myself and my family (5 children and 2 adults) . I understand a possibility of confusing when they're is more than one meal being ordered, which is why I started that this was going to be a lagged order with multiple meals all on one bill. This location has lost my, and my family's business. I wouldn't send anyone to this restaurant for any reason.

I haven't been here in awhile..Today I stopped in for a Crispy Chicken sandwich and medium fries..They ask me to pull around the front..so I did and waited about 8 minutes..thinking this is going to be fresh and hot..Wrong..it was Old and Cold..Please do Better..There are too many other places to eat at..

They turn their online orders off at 10pm even on weekends when they’re open until 12am which is very annoying because you can’t use any of the online exclusives. Very inconvenient especially when I just want to grab and go.

Each time we've been, the employees are friendly and working hard. Sometimes 2 people will be working running around making sure everyone is being served. It is a bit of a wait but they are doing the best they can and still serve you with a good attitude!
