They turn their online orders off at 10pm even on weekends when they’re open until 12am which is very annoying because you can’t use any of the online exclusives. Very inconvenient especially when I just want to grab and go.

Each time we've been, the employees are friendly and working hard. Sometimes 2 people will be working running around making sure everyone is being served. It is a bit of a wait but they are doing the best they can and still serve you with a good attitude!

Pre ordered ,still waited 30 minutes all to be asked what my order was again. Left empty handed lol

The only issue I have is that it took 30 minutes to get my food. Had to pull up to the front of the store to wait for hash browns and eggs. They only had 2 people in the store. The cashier was fantastic and the person who brought out the food was really nice too. But it took 30 minutes and I was late getting to my destination.

In the drive thru. 1 car in front of me.
When the car in front of me went ahead, the employee said it would be 5 minutes before she could take my order??,???
Another 5 minutes for my very simple order..
I know she isn't the only one In the store, because I can hear talking on the speaker.

6 times I've been there, and either no one took my order or no food available. Complete disaster in the mornings. Need to close it down.Or get new workers.

The young man making my food went to cut the chicken inhale and noticed what he thought might be a raw spot he came out and explained yhe issue I asked if I could see and make the decision. He brought it out and it was a raw spot. I was not in a hurry so I told him ivwould wait for him to cook another one. He went back in and made another one when he came back out he said for you being so patient and helpful he made me 2 instead of one.

I ordered 3 Texas double, 3 trio combo and another whopper, supposed to have 13 packages inside, I asked several times if everything is inside, they answered yes, missing 3 whoppers. I travel, had that for my office, DO NOT STOP THERE, RUN, GO TO CASEY'S.

I LOVE Burger King, just not this one. Cleanliness is questionable at best and the food reflects that. It's just....not right. The store itself seems to be falling apart. The very few times I went there, there was always something broken. The grills were broken for a long time at one point and they couldn't serve burgers. The next time the credit card machines were down and you could only pay with cash (which they only told me AFTER I ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay). I could maybe pretend that none of that matters if the service itself was good, but it's not. The food tastes weird and the cashiers honestly seem like they are on something. No more Paola Burger King for me.

After the fact tell me out of Swiss cheese for my chicken sandwich which also is supposed to have bacon on it once I left got back to work to eat discovered no bacon on it either $12.70 for a sandwich that was missing items and fries. Ridiculous never again will I eat there again.
