Raymond was a fantastic trolley driver and my party had a GREAT time on the tour. Thank you for making our weekend so special!!

Please work on better communication skills. First, you waited until less than 24 hours to cancel on us, then fail to reschedule us for the date we asked for. Called to check status, discovered no reservations. Also, was quoted two different prices. Consistency is key. Looks like customer service might need some improvement as well.

I’m not one to be negative online, but I feel like others should have the information when choosing to support a business. I have been on the trolley tours twice, and both times we had a bad experience. Our driver (she didn’t tell us her name) was very rude, and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. The trolley itself appeared to be bad condition, and was blowing black smoke out of the back. You will also want to be aware that there is no air conditioning, and in the summertime you will be hot and dusty when you arrive at the wineries.
The wineries we visited were really great and the staff there were fantastic. I would recommend any of them.

Amanda was an absolute HOOT! Brian was easy to work with and made sure I had seats for my whole group. The ride to the vineyards was a blast with fun music that had the whole bus singing! It was the most fun I've had in a while! highly recommend!!

Brian cancelled on us the night before the event for which he had agreed to provide transportation. We were struggling with some delayed e-mails so I texted him… he got angry like a wet gremlin.

I enjoy the restaurants there..

We had our 2nd annual ride with these guys this past weekend. The wineries are beautiful and yummy and the trolly is just FUN!! Highly recommend!!

Don’t leave your items on the trolley. The trolley takes other groups in between drop offs and someone stole my bag of items I had bought at the winery. I didn’t even get so much as a “sorry” from the driver. Also, the roads we took were very dusty and we were covered in dust. Would have been nice to have a heads up so we could put up the windows. It’s nice to not have to worry about driving to and from the wineries but we were disappointed.

1. Tour was mediocre wineries 2. There was a bachlerette party that had a special drop off that required the rest of the trolley to have an extra 40 minute ride. None pf this was explained until we were suppose to be heading back. So for everyone that was picking us up at the communicated pick up time up time of 5 had to wait in a parling lot for at least 40 minutes because of this company's poor customer service and communication skills.

Our driver, Michael, was extremely kind and communicative. The wineries were all wonderful and unique, too! Great experience.

The husband and I have did the trolley 4×s this year highly recommended.☺☺☺

My Wife and I would recommend Miami County Trolley to any one we have a great time everytime we go.

Had a blast. Had lots of fun. Enjoyed the whole experiance.
