Late lunch ,hardly anything to choose from, most of it was dried out, $25 for 2 seemed high. ,been a while but I think it used to better.

My wife and I came to Spring of China on a snowy evening. There was not a lot of traffic in the store at the time, and we were pleasantly greeted by a very friendly young lady behind the counter. It was a little odd to me that they had us pay before we got our meal, but I went ahead and paid. She also asked for a tip at that time as well. I found both to be somewhat odd. As my wife and I made it to the Buffay, we were disappointed with the selection, and our disappointment only increased as we began to pick items off of the Buffay. Let me qualify this in a kind way. The selection was poor, but the food was an even poor quality. I am not joking or speaking hyperbolic when I say this, but everything we got was cold. The food was almost inedible. I am generally not a very picky individual when it comes to eating at a Chinese buffet. I understand the idea is cheap food kept at a warm temperature and serve throughout the day, but the food was not warm. The store was likewise disheveled, and there were boxes in the corner. The ice cream in the ice cream freezer was also a self serve, and all the ice cream’s were near the bottom it was disgusting. We were extremely disappointed with spring of China and we should have received our money back for such a poor dining experience. I will not be going to the store again. I will also discourage people from eating there. I do not think that it is healthy or safe for you to do that.

Take out is very good and I have enjoyed the lunch buffet for years. They have some of the best hot and sour soup.

This is the worst chinese buffet I've ever been to. Even our 3 small kids thought it was gross. We don't even want to eat Chinese food for a very long time after that experience. My husband was even spitting food out. Nothing at this buffet was good. The ice cream was freezer burnt. Everything with breading was disgusting.

Good food! I prefer to have my food cooked to order rather than the buffet. Even though there were only tables occupied, the service was slow. I'll be back for the food!

I'm sad that this place isn't very busy. It's nice and clean, the people who work there are so nice, and the food is great!

We ordered several things but the spring rolls were by far the best we’d ever had. I’ll go back just for those. Lo mein was good as well. Everything else was just okay.

My wife and I love Spring Of China! We typically get takeout once a week the crab Rangoon and eggrolls are fantastic. We’ve tried maybe 10 different entrées and all very good, especially if you like spicy food. The other options are excellent as well. The staff is always very friendly. We aren’t typically fans of buffets, so I can’t really speak on that much but we did try it once and it was satisfactory.

My husband and I went today for lunch, as soon as we got there we were told they were closing at 3:00, so we felt rushed it was only 1:12. Their FB page and web says nothing about closing the buffet at 3:00.There was very little food on the buffet. The health department definitely needs to make a stop there. The booths all the way around in the back, against the walls were full of dirty dishes boxes, dirty clothes, stacks of paper, boxes shipped in from out of the country. It was all stacked and climbing the wall. Was a bit overwhelming. The ice cream case had mold in the corners. Appeared very dirty. Wil not be going back. ?

The food here is delicious. I have been around Kansas city and this is by far one of my favourite Chinese food places. The portions are amazing and fulfilling. I recommend you to check it out.
