Whomever the two Teens you have working tonight are amazing!! Kudos to them I am a DoorDasher and came in to pick up an order and they already had it made ready to go. Great job guys!!
Wrong bread wanted cheese bread but got some nasty stuff elderly lady had a smile on her face but manager if she tried it smile her face would Crack. Customer service very poor
This place has went to hell in a hand basket. I have ordered from here twice and each time I tell them to put everything on my sandwich I only get some of what I asked for. The sandwich is so flat looked like someone ran over it twice. For what they charge you would think you would be able to get what u pay for. Don’t know who’s working down there, but they really need to do better cause this is so unacceptable. I will not be going back ever. Subway use to be a good place to eat. Now they’re afraid to put vegetables on your sandwich that you want. Poor service, poor quality food
In the past year the service and food quality have continued to decline. Online orders seem to take way longer than needed. Submit the order, get a pickup time that is never honored.
Worst of all is the quality of food. Makes no difference if I order a sandwich or a salad. Consistently, the black olives, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes and green peppers are turning, about to turn or already mush. Who wants that? Rotten, old food is what's being served and at high prices.
This store, staff and manager need to pay attention to the quality of food in the containers and THROW out the old, turning and rotten food. NOT continue to put it in people's meals, it's disgusting and your going to make people sick!

Ordered online an hour or two before I needed the sandwiches. Showed up a couple minutes past pickup time. Order wasn’t ready. Told the workers no need to rush and took a seat. When I did get the sandwiches they weren’t toasted. The chicken was ice cold on both and they didn’t get the toppings right. Plus they were “out” if jalepenos. Honestly go to any subway but this one.

Wow, what a mess. Called a week early to see how best to order ahead for a memorial lunch. Was told to use the 'catering app' tho I stated it wouldn't allow me to add a regular sub sandwich...used the app to order wraps. Got confirmation 3 hours early it would be ready at 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and was told the "online order didn't exist". Showed clerk the confirmation # on my phone. "Nope! we don't have that!" Then 'yup, you should have called it a "catering" order...WTH? Opened the box at the memorial to find the 'wraps' pictured in app and expected were actually dry flat bread. The "Go Chiefs" on the box added nothing to our experience....wish I could get my prepaid tip returned. Sad.

Ordered an online order for pickup. Time ready for pickup was listed at 5:20pm and the status of the order was listed as ready. Pulled in at 5:23pm only to find out they had not even started making the order. Called after 20 minutes of waiting only to be hung up on. Finally received the food after 25 minutes wait from when it was suppose to be completed.

Dealt with the manager and she continually corrected me, Italian Spice Bread not Asiago. Not Spicy Italian it's Hot Italian, if you leave the pepperoni off it's just a Salami Sandwich, can't substitute salami for pepperoni because it would be ham???
If you want no pepperoni but salami it's an up charge for 6 slices of salami? How much is that? I don't know.
Then when I get to the office the sandwich had ham on it instead of salami. How they stay in business is well beyond me.
The manager is not a manager she's has no business associating with the public. When I went to pay she steps in front of me at the counter to give a demand to one of the employees who's trying to get me checked out.
She needs to be somewhere where she has nothing to do with the service industry.

I ordered online yesterday with the pickup time at 4:45 that special instructions to add all vegetables to both Phillies and had no vegetables on either Phillies I ordered an ultimate and my husband ordered the b o s s had way too much mayonnaise on my sandwich and his sandwich with skimpy we live 20 minutes away so we weren't going back to get them fixed. And they don't answer their phone
