Waited about 22 minutes to get our food because they forgot it. We got skipped by 4 other tickets. There was one employee that was actually trying to help and every time we got skipped she would ask what looked like an assistant manager where our order was. The assistant manager ignored her until they got caught up and then finally went to see what was going on. We got shakes with our order and they were made in a timely fashion but melted while we were waiting for the food and no offer to remake the shakes. The service at this braums has been going down hill for a while now and they need to get it together before I go back.
Absolutely my go to place when I head to class. I go here every day I have class. The team working is always so sweet. The biscuits are always fresh! Great job!!
The store is great but the help is very SLOW AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!They look right through you even when it's not busy! Very rude!!!
Faster than mcdonald's.
Well, if you have 35 minutes to kill, love lines, and enjoying burning fuel, the drive thru is perfect. The shake was as melted as our spirits and not sure they got our mix right either.

Do not like the new turtle Sundae with cake. It has very little Carmel and pecans and had cold chocolate instead of the warm chocolate. It is much better the way it was. I asked for more Carmel and chocolate to put on it and it cost almost as much as another sundae

Person working drive thru wants to argue and call customers liars when they are getting confused and mistaking me for some one else. Left and went to sonic where I had no issues or being called a liar while there are 6 cars behind me.
