Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

My butter pecan shake was peanut butter cup 🫤 also I had stated before about the size of the chicken strips being significantly smaller. I understand the stores are sent this from corporate so they (corporate) really need to do better. I didn't call about the shake bc it was for my 89 year old grandma who didn't realize it until she got to the end. Everyone's always super nice despite the inconveniences.

We sat for 30 minutes for three bags of burgers and a shake this isn’t the first time this has happened they didn’t put the lid on the shake all the way. The guy that brought it was was nice but that’s it! I only went back cause of my son and son n law cause I don’t linked to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.

Great ice cream

Not the cleanest Braums I've been in. Employees just stared at all the customers waiting to order, as they only had one person working the drive through and the front counter.

I enjoy the visit every time to Braum's... The food is great, and the chocolate malts are on point. If I had to try and critique anything, I would say perhaps they might consider merging the ability to order food and pay for tubs of ice cream at the same register, instead of having to stand in two separate lines in the same room. Other than that, it's consistently outstanding. Thank you!

Food is great but service is terribly slow every time you go. In my last 10 trips, I have not been serviced at the window. I have been asked to pull forward. Even at 10am with only 2 cars there it took 15 minutes to get a bag of burritos.

We were visiting a family member and pulling a trailer. They had plenty of parking in the back. The ice cream I had was delicious, Nice little store to select other items besides and along with ice cream. Customer service was nice although it did take quite sometime for the line to move.

My husband and i have found out new favorite place to eat - morning, noon, or night! Every time of day we have come here has been amazing! No other place has burgers, chicken, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream or fries better than here! And their Braum’s sauce is amazing too! A must try, but beware - you become addicted! 🤤

Worst Braums ive been to yuck

Best milk around but I have PTSD from some of the burgers being plain when I didn't ask for any modifications in the bag of burgers.
