Fried rice and an egg roll. Good fried rice. Lots of chicken. I'm not sure what the sauce is, but it's kind of sweet. I could have done without it. Still a good takeout dish. Now the egg roll. Never had an egg roll that had corn in it. It had more southwest flavors than Asian. They've not given any extra effort on the ambiance. Seriously, on a 90 degree day put an umbrella in your picnic table. And there is no way I'm going in for sushi at a parking lot food truck in Kansas! Nope, nope, nope ?

I love Java Hibachi. It is a hidden gem amongst the community of parsons.The food is absolutely delicious and portions are incredible for the humble price point. Cant believe I am eating Japanese food out of a enclosed trailer and an old U-Haul truck...but it is soooo good. The sushi is restaurant quality.
