The food is really good, especially for a small town independent place. I particularly like the chicken fried chicken. Just don't go when you're in a hurry. The service is friendly but not fast. That might just be a Parson's thing because no place in town, not even the fast food joints, are fast.
Overall, I recommend this place. Just remember, don't go when you're in a hurry.

The food is solid. Nothing stands out, but it’s definitely above average, if not good. The real issue is the service. The waiting staff is typically rude. It’s been an issue for quite awhile here. There’s one server that’s friendly, but the atmosphere is overall very poor among the staff. They make it clear they’re annoyed and have no patience for you. We’re always friendly and patient. It can be frustrating and stressful to eat here. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had the lemon chicken over rice with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I reported to the wait staff that the potatos were cold and she just said sorry. No fix it nothing. The Mac and cheese was nasty! It was definitely powdered cheese. I dont know if I will be going back my last two visits were the same.
