The bathroom and lobby we filthy. It looked like they had not been cleaned all day. Tables,floors, counter tops,and window ledges all were filthy.

My first review, if that tells you anything. This was the absolute worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. We went through the drive through asked us to pull forward, no big deal, , then waited there for 30 minutes for a six piece chicken nugget, kids cheeseburger, two small fries, and a medium fry. After they finally brought the food out the medium fry wasn’t even filled half way and all the fry’s were drenched in grease! I told the worker that brought the food to our window and he tried to tell me that it was from just coming out of the fryer. I use to work in fast food when I was younger for 5 years and was a manager, and I know French fries don’t look like that when they come out of the fryer. We also ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only, which they made with no ketchup and I also had a hot coffee with cream and sugar, the coffee was lukewarm and had no sugar but I let those things go because know mistakes happen especially if they have new people they are training but after waiting 30 minutes and seeing how the worker acted I thought this deserved a review.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! I would not return there even if I was starving! Waited for 20 minutes in the lobby even used the kiosk after waiting almost 10min with 0 acknowledgement... 2 teenagers had been waiting for fries for 20 minutes finally asked for a refund!

Ordered my food and paid. I received my drink and was told to drive up to the door to wait for my food. After a several minute wait they brought out my food. Fries were cold and soggy and other food was just alright. The service needs to be faster and if you have to wait for burgers or other things to be cooked the least you can do is give me fresh fries.

Hamburger was cold, didn’t even melt cheese. Fries were cold. Hope kitchen is cleaner than food are to eat in. Front window was so dirty you could not see out of it. Restroom was dirty.

We moved this week to Parsons Kansas. There are not many places to grab a bite. You would think its McDonald's they are all the same. Nope. Wednesday dinner, 27 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered 3 meals and 2 were wrong. Pissed me off. Thursday morning my friend grabbed breakfast on her way to help with the move. Yet again 3 meals and 2 wrong. Saturday morning, my husband is in charge of breakfast and COFFEE. 2 steak bagels. Of course they were gross, more cheese on the outside of the bagel than in. But there wasnt any room for anything inside, there was a mountain of some kind of white sauce. And of course we didnt get any hash browns or sauce for the burritos. Heaven forbid they throw in a napkin. And I still got the wrong coffee. Large iced vanilla coffee. 3 days still not qualified to make me a coffee. I always try to say at least 1 nice thing , so the fries were hot. This is an avoid at all times. Movers got us all moved in so no more bad food and bad service. Welcome to Parsons.
The lady's that works on the day shift are very slow they need to be working somewhere else like Walmart or maybe at a session stand saling popcorn and candy

Whenever we come in town we budget almost 30 min to get drinks even if we order ahead. The staff will not come to the front until there is a few people in the lobby. We never order food here because it takes soooo long. Make sure if you come here to have some time it takes a long time
