Just passing through Parsons. Ordered a large pizza and garlic cheese bread. They were slammed. It's was only 5 mins later than they time I was given online for it to be done. Understandable. The pizza was cooked to perfection along with the garlic cheese bread.

Called in for a pizza to be delivered to the Walmart parking lot because I’m a truck driver and the lady was so rude and she needed a address so gave her Walmart address and she a airhead that she couldn’t deliver and was out of time on clock so I wouldn’t order crap from this location until they get better help and someone that knows how to use her brain and better customer service!!!!!!!

Ordered online was told my order was done came to pick up my order was not fully done they did not give me all my order they replied when I told them I was missing my cinnamon sticks oh sorry they then had to make them so they didn’t even have them done so had to wait longer they was just here you go didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience like the other pizza place in town would wish I had went there instead better service and atmosphere and food

I have never had an issue with getting my pizza hut then again I alway get delivery I had my bf walk to pick it up to save some money when he got there the staff completely ignored him sitting in lobby I understand that they are closing soon so I wouldn't be that upset if so much didn't happen it took him 30 min of sitting an waiting for the store manger to help him an once my bf got the food he was handed it an the person walked away rudely. The staff was not wearing gloves putting the pizzas in boxes an sprinkling the cheese the staff was un helpful to the situation and handled it poorly. Pizza hut is my favorite restaurant so I am really upset with how tonight was the date it July 3 I order at 11:04 and didn't get the food intell 11:45. an the food was not hot it was room temperature witch was really upsetting considering we had just spent the night setting of fire works an we where hungry.
