This is the worst scooters I go to! They are always out of XL cups or stoppers or tea or coffee. They give the excuse it's not in the budget. The owners of this location have no idea what they are doing. Be prepared not to get what you want!

I just can’t continue to go here anymore. I think Starbucks has spoiled me, but the drink quality is really lacking here. Their iced coffee is so overpowering and bitter I couldn’t even finish it. I tried to change to iced lattes and I can’t even finish those either. Even with an extra shot, I can barely taste the coffee, it’s more like iced milk. You should definitely have a rich coffee flavor with an extra shot and Scooters misses the mark every single time. Your prices are higher than Joplin’s Starbucks too, I don’t get it. Do some benchmarking on how Starbucks does their cold drinks! I’ve only had one food item, the spicy sausage burrito and it’s also terrible. It came out nearly flat with very little egg or sausage.

I’ve been going to Scooter’s for however long they have been open in Parsons. I got smoothies for a friend and I .We both agreed they didn’t taste right. They tasted milky. So I went back and they asked me if I wanted fruit and ice drink and I said no . I went to the window and showed how the milk is just on top of the smoothie. The worker told me they can separate in a smoothie. I explained I have been getting smoothies there for five years and never once had this problem. Then she tells me they ran out of the light base cream and used the heavy cream. I told her they could have told us. She said no one else had a problem with it . She did refund my money after I gave her the smoothies and said we didn’t want them . I told her I wanted my money back.

I used to be excited to go get a Scooter's coffee, but lately, all their coffee tastes the same. Like watered down milk with a hint of burnt coffee. Whenever I got one of their limited time flavors, expecting it to at least taste like what it's advertised as, I get zero to no flavor. Honestly, if I were blind-folded and taste tested all their limited flavors, I would not even be able to tell you if they were different drinks they all taste the same. Its gotten to the point where I actually prefer McDonalds coffee, cause at least they don't skimp on the syrup.
The service hasn't been outright rude or anything, but they don't really acknowledge me when I'm at the window, too busy laughing or have the music cranked up so loud I can't really hear when they do communicate. I'm not against having fun at work, but at least learn to switch focus when necessary.
All in all, I've stopped going. It's been a waste of money and it saves me the disappointment.

A cappuccino was listed at $5. After you order, they don't tell you how much you owe until you get to the window. Well, my $5 drink was over 7.50, and the drink was not even that good. It's like they assume you don't care, or somehow already know how much it cost. Unless you are wealthy, you do care. I told the girl about the price issue, and got a simple sorry about that with full charges regardless. Not that I want a discount, but I expect a business to be honest about prices, which they do not seem to be. I will stick to gas station drinks any day over my experience here.

My review would be based on location. Chanute, KS scooters, is a no for me. They can't seem to be able to get an order right, staff isn't very friendly unless your a man. Now, Parsons or Pittsburg those are a yes. Very friendly staff, clean and can get the order correct. I've already spoke with the manager and she wasn't all that friendly about the situation, "And what do you want me todo?" Me: Teach them to read orders, tell them to get off auto pilot. I don't want free stuff, I want what I order.
