Call me crazy but I'm vegetarian and still managed to love this place lol their baked beans were so good! There are enough side dishes to make a nice vegetarian meal. I also got a grilled cheese off the kids menu. When you walk in, you can smell the smoke and it's divine! My husband got pulled pork with coleslaw and sweet potato fries. PRO TIP... get those fries and they give you marshmallow cream dip for the sweet potato fries. Just wow. Try it!! You won't be sorry!

On business in Parsons so Shredder's is a must stop for lunch!!! Great ribs!!! choose Cole slaw & mashed potatoes & gravy. I would recommend the cole slaw but passed on the mashed potatoes. Our server was Gloria and she was fabulous!!! If you're local you probably already knows this place however, if you're passing through or close this would be worth the stop!

Our server was outstanding!We had the daily special of bbq sandwich with fried okra and pork fritter with red potato salad. They split our sandwiches in half, so we could each half a bit of both. That was the best choice!

The food and staff are great!! The atmosphere is a bit fast food'ish. I would definitely go back. Both of us had the Shedder Baker, made it loaded. One with brisket chilli and one with pulled pork. Both were superb and a lot of food. We could have slit one and been fine.
