I was sitting in there listening to the conversations between a customer that had just left to go to the bathroom in the supercenter. The customer said that they had thrown his food away. The manager of the store stated she was trying to clean up the lobby and that the food was in the trash can over there if he wanted to go get it. He said that's fine. He said that he they also threw his drink away. The manager never offered substitute meal drink or anything very very rude....
It used to be ok, but now it is going down hill. Even with a renovation it seems the standard low quality employee works here. I have had multiple wraps get too crispy and it falls apart as you eat it. Also, I never have any problems with lowering my mask to catch my breath. I have horrible asthma that is aggrevated when the mask is on and yet they had a problem with me taking a second to catch my breath by removing it for a few moments. I tried to explain but it was shut down...
