We got here and attempted to pick up our food paid online and got told there was no beef that’s not an issue but after we get our food we find that part of our order is missing and that our “steak” and “chicken” soft tacos were completely disgusting. We eventually got the rest of our food after dealing with this for over an hour, needs addressed immediately.

Went to the one in Parsons and waited in frivethough to give order but nobody asked for it so drove to window and nobody was there not one employee anywhere I knocked on window and still nobody! It was early evening / late afternoon and they wee not closed and it wasn't after hours. Drove around to main doors and they were open open the door and ther was one worker sitting in far corner eatting then suddenly four other workers standing behind counter that wer not there earlier. Not sure what was going on but just seemed very strange or odd. We asked the girl of she was okay she said she was so we ordered and left. But there was just something off about it. This was the one on 16th St in Parsons, ks.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service is great. The "cook" on the other hand is rude, arrogant, and clueless. (Might i add that maybe it's just me because I wouldn't give him my number) I work a lot and I work late. So I'm pulling in 30-45 minutes before they close. And I'm not taking 1 time.. 2 times... but EVERYTIME I go thru the drive thru it's really poor, cold, not made correct, wrong items quality food. This will be the last time I go there. I paid $14.00 for TWO double decker tacos basically cause I want them made a specific way. Which I don't have an issue with, it's the product I'm paying for is trash.

Food almost always sucks anymore. When they first opened they were good but now that the higher ups are gone they really went down hill. Don't eat there often.

This place should be less than 1 star. Just waited 1 hour for a mobile order. This maybe the worst establishment in America. Everyone at this location should be fired along with the manager. Either close this place down or hire new people. End of story.

Very dirty place. Hardly any clean tables, floor is disgusting and I hope I didn't catch a disease in their extremely dirty bathroom. The tacos were only half full.

I was so hoping this place had improved after hearing that it was under "new" management. No such luck, if anything - it has sunk to a new low. It tastes as if they are using rancid oil in the fryers. Horrible, horrible, horrible restaurant. Don't waste your money here.
