This place is incredible! Been all over the Midwest and this is some of the best. Hard to beat what I’m used to in southern AZ but El A de Oro is a winner! Absolutely stop here when you’re in town. The margaritas are excellent, fresh and flavored with real jalapeños, citrus, etc. The staff are awesome and quite kind! Very impressed, will definitely come back another time. 😎

I took my girlfriend out to dinner last night we had two drinks am& one beer and had a little bit of food the drink prices are way to high as well as the food in this little town we came out with almost $82 dollars plus they charge you between 6 to 9 % interest on your Debit card this is highway robbery in a small town population less than 3,000. This is ridiculous in every way. & This is unacceptable everything they have in there is way overpriced & totally ridiculous in every way. This was are first & last time we will ever go there again. My woman was very pissed off !!! & Very upset. It's not wise to upset your woman in any way in less you like sleeping in the back yard in the dog house.

The food was delicious, but the floor was so disgusting it really made me question how clean the kitchen is. In our small section there were 12 straw wrappers and several napkins and chips scattered everywhere. Instead of cleaning them up, the staff stepped over or kicked chips away. I expect a lot more when we are paying restaurant prices. We'll see if I get sick and my hunch about the kitchen is correct.
