I've lost my taste for coffee and found my new favorite, a London Fog Latte. It is made with Earl Gray tea, steamed milk and vanilla syrup (and lavendar, if you choose). Many times I had been in and purchased a large drink for $2.75. The young gal likes to charge me the coffee price $6+ so I questioned her, got the GenZ stare before she went and spoke to the owner (did I mention she had to look through her phone before she helped me?). The owner, who had several times charged me $2.75 for this drink, says that the price of milk has gone up (what? where?) so it is $6. Eight ounces of milk is about 35 cents. No thanks. I can make this myself. Because I can make them myself, if I choose to buy it from a business, it is a treat. I won't be price gouged for a treat.
