The beer is genuinely quite good! But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I showed up around 9pm and sat at the bar. The servers completely ignored me. It wasn’t busy… there were two tables, nobody else at the bar… but the servers seemed like they were already checked out (they do close at 10pm). I felt very much like I was not welcome.

We waited 1h and 1/2 for our food...food was very..very good though..think with as busy as were they lost our ticket..as we saw people getting their food that came in and ordered after us...I will go back as like I said food was very good!!...hope second experience is just a little better

After giving this place plenty of chances I’ve decided to do a review. The food is ok, beer is good, but the service is terrible. With that being said there are a few waitresses/waiters that work hard and provide good service but the majority of the time it takes way to long to get served after being seated. I’m ok with waiting for food if I have something to drink but the majority of my experiences there I’ve sat over 10 minutes to order a drink and then another 10 minutes to get the drink. Meanwhile for entertainment you can watch the wait staff laugh and joke with each other behind the bar or play on their phones. All in all it’s a very unprofessional setting that lacks leadership.

Don’t miss this place if you’re in Phillipsburg. They had great service and some of the best smoked meats/entrees we’ve ever had. Would definitely come back.

Very nice establishment. Everything is in it's place and either new or well taken care of. The smell of smoked meats is only surpassed by the sight of the polished brewing room though the glass windows behind the bar. I was recommended to try the smoked chicken wings and they were delicious! Lightly sauced and a decent size with either ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing to dip them in. I only wish there were other flavors and heat levels. I like em' Buffalo Burnin' if you know how/who they taste. Also got a two meat entree, pulled pork and brisket with baked beans and mac-n-cheese. (came with toast) Very tasty and well prepared meats with choice of three different sauces. Original, pecan something(can't recall) and a green chili that's actually red. All good! Price is appropriate for the quality and comparable to other smoked meat joints. My only regret is that I didn't get to sit for awhile and try a couple in house brews. I hear they're tasty.

Great barbecue and drinks! Everyone in our party loved their meals. They are going through a menu transition at the moment and their new items were not available to try when we went, but we all agreed they look tasty and we would be back to try them! Very family friendly atmosphere and the service was excellent!
I found this brewery by chance. Our group was Meteorologists and we were storm chasing for the week. Love the wizard of oz theme! The beer was fantastic, service was great and the food was to die for. Put this on your list.

I can only speak to the food, service, and atmosphere because I did not try the brew. Several women joined me for a meal, and nobody left food on their plates. I personally would like to see more meat selection, but the portions were big, the food was very good, and the special BBQ sauces (especially the green chili) were really good too. Our server smiled, was timely, and brought whatever we asked for. The venue is spacious, unique, and impressive. I'll be going back for seconds!
