They have this girl there with braids who says she is a manager. If that is true, she needs to grow up and treat all her customers with respect! I went there and had an issue with being cut off in the drive through and she though it was so funny laughing with this guy who flew by me about thirty miles an hour , where I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being hit. Just so he could get his order in first. I have never been treated like that before. All the rest of the employees have always been very sweet. She ruined it for me , now I won’t go back . I know I am only one customer but if she treats others with that immature smirk. More customers will find a better place to get their coffee. In time she could chase away more happy customers.

Service is usually pretty good at this stand. Today was the exception. They took the order of the vehicle in front of us, then shipped to the next line then went to the car behind us. We didnt get to order until we'd pulled under the canopy. Was a little bit frustrating!

They didn’t take my order while I was waiting, but they did everyone else.I have been to several 7brew stands as I live where they’re headquartered and this is by far the worst I’ve been to.

I have been a member since the first day 7 brew opened in Pittsburg. Almost all of the workers know my name and the greet me by my name and we have a blast every time. They know my favorites and I love it. Pittsburg 7brew is number 1 in my book

Granted I get the same drink every time, but from the very first visit, I knew this would be my new stop for coffee. Being a dedicated Starbucks drinker, I asked the girl what they had similar and she whipped up her recommendation. It was so creamy and delicious! Mind you, the line has a tendency to get long, but waiting for your coffee or drink is worth the wait. Any 7 Brew location that I've stopped at, the atmosphere and employees have been nothing but amazing!
