The lobby’s tables were all dirty except one, and I have an allergy to tomatoes and when I ordered told them that, still got tomatoes on my sandwich. There was only one other served customer in lobby when this took place. I went to get my sandwich fixed and an employee shook her head and said “she didn’t order it like that” and the manager told her I did and got it fixed for me.

Watch that your shake is frozen. I got a full glass of cream cause they refilled the ice cream and poured my shake right away.

Apparently you don't get ANY condiments unless specifically asking for them through the drive through......not even napkins OR ARBY'S SAUCE!! WOW! THE roast beef and potato caked are good, just pricy for what you actually get. Hard to eat the roast beef sandwiches without the Arby's sauce!

It’s always perfect when Chaz is working but anytime he’s not the store might as well close at 9 because that’s when they start shutting everything down and stop making over half the things on the menu.

Super clean store, not busy. Long wait to order, long wait for food, cold food, forget drink, shake came out after we finished eating. When we complained got shoulder shrugs. Felt like we were ruining the employees vibe by being in there. Door dash driver was in there waiting for 15 minutes too

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this location! We placed a $285.00 to go order for work and did so at the counter vs the app. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We got our order in a VERY TIMELY manner and we received EVERYTHING we ordered!! Of course, the food was delicious as well! I wish I would have gotten names so we could give a personal shout out to all the GREAT PEOPLE that were there today. I did hear one call the person in charge Chas. So, to Chas and his crew - THANK YOU!! YOU ALL ARE TRULY AWESOME!!!
