It’s always perfect when Chaz is working but anytime he’s not the store might as well close at 9 because that’s when they start shutting everything down and stop making over half the things on the menu.

Super clean store, not busy. Long wait to order, long wait for food, cold food, forget drink, shake came out after we finished eating. When we complained got shoulder shrugs. Felt like we were ruining the employees vibe by being in there. Door dash driver was in there waiting for 15 minutes too

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this location! We placed a $285.00 to go order for work and did so at the counter vs the app. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We got our order in a VERY TIMELY manner and we received EVERYTHING we ordered!! Of course, the food was delicious as well! I wish I would have gotten names so we could give a personal shout out to all the GREAT PEOPLE that were there today. I did hear one call the person in charge Chas. So, to Chas and his crew - THANK YOU!! YOU ALL ARE TRULY AWESOME!!!
Got a DoorDash for pickup from here. They were in the back sitting and talking(not making any orders) for at least 7-8 minutes before even acknowledging my calls to get their attention. They then went back to help the solo customer in the drive through despite me being there almost 10 minutes prior. They then claimed “they didn’t get my order yet” despite me having had accepted the order 20 minutes before and confirmed me being at the store 10 minutes before. They then proceeded to take 15 minutes to make the order that only had 3 items included. Terrible service and if you are a dasher and this crew is working good luck.

Hubby went to get Philly, asked lady if they still had, she didn't answer. He asked again still no answer, she said order when ready. He said he has been trying to which she said you need to speak up. He spoke up for her ND she started yelling at him to stop screaming at her and she ain't serving him. Appalling behavior, never again.
