Myself and my Lady friend went there this past weekend, we had the cashew children and General chicken. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding by our waitress Gracie I believe her name was. Highly recommended

We dined in today at the Pittsburg location and it was our first visit but it won’t be our last! It was amazing! But I mainly want to compliment the young girl that was taking the orders and serving. She was so sweet and kind, she literally made my day! There aren’t enough great things to say about this restaurant and I’m so glad we found it! Happy New Year!! 12.30.24

Very good food. I had the orange chicken, Crab Rangoon, egg rolls. I’ll be returning. Not especially given to “dine in” but as they say on the door given to take out. Great service.

Last evening I made an online order. I ordered the Chefs special Lo mean three orders of it. I have never in the past had an issue with this location. I got home 30 minutes from the store and realized that it was rice not lo mean. I turned around and drove back. The first young lady I spoke with was so very sweet and understood. The second young lady and I say that loosely was absolutely hateful. I was very understanding even though it cost me half a tank of gas to get my 125 dollar order. I was told we will fix it this time but it will never happen again because we just lost 40 dollars in food. Are you kidding me. I driven hour twice for my food and was very nice about it until that point. I never spend less than 125 in there but I will from now on go to lotus. I have been a loyal customer to bamboo since they opened. You lost a very long term customer for a snotty little girl with a bad attitude.

The food is always good. We have ordered the family pack and have always been given a first responders discount. Tonight the girl working the counter declined that. I told her we have done so for years and she just said “new people don’t know what they are doing”. I have seen the same people numerous times so I don’t think they are “new people”.

Bamboo is my #1 Chinese go-to in the Pitt area!So far, the orange chicken is my favorite and you can never go wrong with crab rangoon!Although there's not a lot of seating if you have a big party.. go check it out!
