Had a 5pm reservation for a party of 6. We had a show at Memorial Hall at 7pm. Should have been more than enough time to get our food and eat and be out. Our dinner order wasn’t taken until 5:40. 3 of us ordered a club sandwich, one steak. The others were two light dishes. 630 rolls around and we were getting nervous because we still hadn’t gotten our food we asked to just pay for our drinks and get our food to go. The manager came out and said they were boxing our food up, but another 15 mins went by before they actually brought us the boxes. We weren’t pleased because our food would be sitting in our car for 3 hours before we could eat it. We asked for a discount and they gave us a lousy 15% off. The manager acted a little more inconvenienced than we were. I love the atmosphere but service isn’t great and the food menu is limited. Drinks were great!

A little pricey but good drink selection and food is fantastic.

The food was great, the service was super, and the atmosphere was energized. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the price of the items they had to offer. I had two chicken tenders with a Belgian waffle for $22. If I remember correctly, the sirloin steak dinner was $48. Those prices may be fine in a higher cost of living area, but for Southeast Kansas, it is a bit much.

Everything about this place is stellar! Easily in my top 3 best ribeye steaks I've ever had. The service is fantastic, really low wait times, the place is clean, and the food is superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The service was wonderful! The shrimp scampi noodles were dry and way to much garlic and no sauce. $ 22.00 with shrimp toped on spaghetti was way to much. Also no salads available which we found strange! We were disappointed that the menu had changed and had downsized considerably compaired to the last time we were there.

Food wasn't very good. This was our second time there. Thought we would give it another try. Don't recommend! 😧

You can’t change any of the menu. $48 for a steak that’s not that good. Go to outback down the road save yourself some time and money. This place is very little food and a lot of money. Couldn’t change the sides “cause they know best.”

It is a very fun atmosphere. It has upbeat music playing. It has a nice sit around bar with a full bar.
It has comfy booths, low tables, and a few high table options. It has an open floor plan.
It does have some vegetarian options and a kids menu. It is a must that you try one of their delicious dessert options.
The staff are all very friendly, attentive to detail. Our server Alyna was top notch.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant for date night, friends get together, business dinner or lunch or for any occasion.

The atmosphere, music, service, and decor are all wonderful. The food was good, but I wouldn't expect to take leftovers home unless you also order an appetizer. The fries taste like they're cooked from frozen, and it's a little pricey for what you get, but overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

I love the atmosphere at Brick + Mortar. Definitely the best cocktails in town. Their salmon dish is delicious!
