We were in town for homecoming. Ordered through door dash. We ordered a 10 wings, 6 wings, nachos, small fries, celery, carrots, ranch and Bleu cheese. We received 9 wings, 5 wings, NO Nachos and no Ranch or Carrots. I called the restaurant and they said that the kitchen had been closed for 30 minutes and there’s “nothing they can do”… Funny thing is that we called less than 2 minutes after getting our food, and our Hotel is 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food that we DID get was hot…. So how could the kitchen have been closed for 30 minutes??? No solution or apology? Just we are closed? No compensation? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hope that the Manager or Corporate will see this!

Got an order to go.. got it all wrong ,missing items etc. After waiting 7 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I got a manager. I explained the issue, and to his credit, he said he would fix new items. He did and gave us a 15 dollar gift card for the trouble The burger was great, the cauliflower wings were good. After all the hassle, it was a pretty good meal

We rolled up unannounced with 28 ppl tonight(on a Saturday night)for a birthday party. Let me tell you Becca our waitress handled that like a champ and did an amazing job!!! Freaking amazing!

We got seated at 7pm, was a party of 9, we ended up leaving at 8:50 and never even received our appetizers. We ordered the endless apps, problem is they never got started. We then told staff we were going to leave because kids in our group were hungry, and at this point, we asked if our food had been started, and if so just box it up because we were leaving, we were told by the manager they are putting the order in bags now, so we waited a little longer, she then came back out with no food, and we left. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had, and won't be visiting this location again.

Placed an order to go went to pick it up stood for 10 minutes waiting to get waited on got home with the food only got half of the order and the half I got was not right anyway

So I got takeout and when I started eating my wings I had to stop eating because they were so crispy and crunchy that I just couldn't eat anything and I'm very disappointed, and I'm curious how can a pizza place make chicken wings the right way and so tender but a place that is supposed to be a famous wing place can't make chicken wings the right way, after spending $23 on wings all I get is hard meat stuck in my teeth and blood after I get the hard pieces out. Not very happy with the food tonight

Jeff the manager at this establishment goes above and beyond for his customers last night me and my wife placed an order online it was after 11:00 p.m. so the order pick up time went automatically and the system to be picked up the next day we got to the store about 11:15 friars and the grill I imagine we're turned off being so late he turned it back on made our food for us and it was great as always the managers at Buffalo wild wings bar none some of the best in town the managers and employees go above and beyond for the customers really really great grand restaurant thank you again Jeff you are like Muhammad Ali the greatest posted by the Palmer's
