We got seated at 7pm, was a party of 9, we ended up leaving at 8:50 and never even received our appetizers. We ordered the endless apps, problem is they never got started. We then told staff we were going to leave because kids in our group were hungry, and at this point, we asked if our food had been started, and if so just box it up because we were leaving, we were told by the manager they are putting the order in bags now, so we waited a little longer, she then came back out with no food, and we left. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had, and won't be visiting this location again.

So I got takeout and when I started eating my wings I had to stop eating because they were so crispy and crunchy that I just couldn't eat anything and I'm very disappointed, and I'm curious how can a pizza place make chicken wings the right way and so tender but a place that is supposed to be a famous wing place can't make chicken wings the right way, after spending $23 on wings all I get is hard meat stuck in my teeth and blood after I get the hard pieces out. Not very happy with the food tonight

Jeff the manager at this establishment goes above and beyond for his customers last night me and my wife placed an order online it was after 11:00 p.m. so the order pick up time went automatically and the system to be picked up the next day we got to the store about 11:15 friars and the grill I imagine we're turned off being so late he turned it back on made our food for us and it was great as always the managers at Buffalo wild wings bar none some of the best in town the managers and employees go above and beyond for the customers really really great grand restaurant thank you again Jeff you are like Muhammad Ali the greatest posted by the Palmer's

our waitress was nice, but when were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 25 minutes for our appetizers and another 10 for our simple burger order, it frustrates you a bit. 2 of us got our order and the 3rd had to wait 35 minutes for a salad. again… still the only ones in the restaurant.
It's ok, not my favorite place, but my husband loves it. Sometimes it can take a while to get an alcoholic beverage depending on how busy it is..but that's ok..

Ordered on the BDubs app, delivery. The DoorDash portion, which is the driver getting the bag and bringing it, was excellent. The food on the other hand, wow. Presentation gets a 0. Order accuracy gets a 0. Customer service gets a 0 for sure. If I order through your app, you should handle your mistakes, not pawn it off on a third party that can’t help because it wasn’t ordered on their platform. They only offered to get me what was forgotten instead of exchanging the messy food I got. When I say messy, I mean orange chicken covered in honey bbq because they threw all the boneless wings in one box even though they were three different sauces. Absolutely will go to Applebees the next time I want some good wings and accurate order handling.

Food was absolutely terrible! Waited 20+ minutes to even get our drinks or order! Told waiter to separate mine and my husbands wings since I can’t have mango anything, and they brought all our wings out and they were all together. Not a big deal, we politely asked for them to be sent back and corrected and it was definitely an inconvenience to them. We asked for management to speak to us and everything was sorted out, until the check came. Management said he’d take off all the wings they messed up, and we had to ask for the ticket to be corrected. Waited another 20+ minutes for anyone to come see if we need boxes, change for our tickets, or drink refills, literally anything at this point. Management came by finally and asked how everything was tonight so my husband went to explain and he completely walked off and ignored us. NO ONE CAME TO GET OUR CHANGE FOR OUR TICKET. So we went up the front desk asked for someone to help us and they said “go back to your table for a server if you want change” when all the servers where standing right there when we were told that. We will never ever be there again. We absolutely DO NOT recommend. They’re management was TERRIBLE and they wonder why their employees are too.
