Food is good if you don’t have to wait 45 minutes. Inside play area is disgusting. Last 2 times I’ve went I ended up leaving because the wait when not busy.

My family and I were passing through Pittsburg and decided to stop for a quick meal. It was 10:45pm and not sure what kind of service to expect. We went through the drive through and ordering for a family of 6 can be difficult lol. The lady working the window was great. She read our order back perfectly and was extremely polite and glad to take our order. The lady’s name was LOU. When we got our 2 full bags of food we noticed she even added in the condiments that we forgot to ask for. Plus loaded us up with napkins. We were extremely happy with this experience. LOU needs to be recognized.

One of the nicest burger kings we've been to! They still have a play place for kids in the back. Forgot the onion rings on the sandwich but quickly made it right! Will be back here when we come through again!

Have been there twice i wanted a wiper with bacon and have received a hamburger with bacon no tomato or lettuce or onion just meat and cheese and they charge 15 dollars for it

We ordered our lunch. I ordered a meal and only ended up with a single order or chicken fries. Then when we sat down to eat the manager sat down at a table behind us talking about her employees and not in a good way. Don’t managers have an office to work out of? Very in appropriate to discuss the actions of an employee(s).
I try to be as nice as I can be. But days like today are hard. It shows that no one wants to work. We walked in and no one waited on us. We had to use a kiosk and I loathe doing that. People are paid for that job and now you want us to do it ourselves? Then the young girl gave our food to a take out order. She was so frustrated she started crying. I felt for her but there were only 3 orders to make and she was struggling. There was 1 order in front of mine and 1 after. We waited 30 minutes for our meal and then it was given away..smh. Service like this, we will not be back. I shouldn't have to chase my own food out the door. I just did not want to wait another 30 minutes to get it remade. Because the kitchen crew took their sweet time.

Paid for ICEE but machines were not freezing the mix. No offer to return money. Told to pick anything else to drink since it was get your own drinks setup. Also food was good. Even the kids complained about their food.
