Ordered a roast beef sandwich with no grilled onions. When waitress brought it to the table, she said "I didn't realize the meat already had onions in it when they 'cook' it". Since I cannot eat onions because of a digestive disorder and didn't want to wait foro something else to be cooked, I had luke warm sweet potato fries which were my side. Total disappointment all around. Won't be back.

We were there today 1/23/26. It was freezing in there and manager said oh I didn't realize one unit was off...still whole time freezing. Food was barely warm and VERY greasy. We did not eat much of it at all. Very dark in there as well. We will not be back nor recommend it to anyone.

Asked for milk for coffee, since only had hazlenut creamer, & waitress brought me buttermilk, said couldn't find any milk. I order soup which was barely warm & the Thursday special of boneless wings, which were cold, fries were heavily salted & cold!!! Had to request extra set silverware as waitress brought only 2 sets ( there was 3 to our party), & asked 3 times for sugar for coffee. I won't be back!!!

I came in waiting on car repairs and I’m not local to Pittsburgh. However the environment was very cozy and calm, music wasn’t out of the ordinary, and service was excellent. The food was delicious. I had sushi while my girlfriend ate a burger and we had an excellent appetizer of loaded fries. There was nothing not to like.

Food is always great! Used to like Chatters a lot but it is outrageously priced now. My bill seemed to be a lot higher than expected, I don’t think the items on the menu were accurate. The server I had last time really was the deciding factor. Bad service, poor listening skills, and bad attitude! Will not be going back. I’ve never done a food review before but this last visit really bummed the whole table out.
Unfortunately the place is half dead due to Winter. Food options are limited but very kind service by the employees. Only 50% of the facility being used. (Sunday)
