Weird atmosphere and new Chilis decor seemed like a breakfast joint—Wished it was. Everything tasted exceptionally freezer burned.

They have good customer service for the most part but every time my husband and I have eaten here we always get rushed out, maybe five minutes after receiving our food we always get asked if we’d like to go boxes and drinks, there’s other people that have been there prior to us and they never ask them that, and I’d hate to pull the race card, but I definitely think that’s the case here, we’re Hispanic.

My group of 4 ordered hamburgers, each different, I specifically asked mine to be cooked well done, it was still bleeding! All others was cooked well. I had to send it back by the time I got it back everyone was finished eating and had to wait on me. The fries were cold and we never got a refill on drinks. Service was not good and I have had better food. There are better options to eat at in joplin.

Our server, Kayla, has continuously been our waitress and time after time she is extremely rude. She checked on every table around except for ours. This has happened multiple times now. It is starting to feel very intentional and I am extremely confused as to why. We come to this location weekly and it happens every time. She only takes the order and then never comes back. Had to ask for a straw, silverware and napkins. Had to have someone else bring condiments and get us our refills. Paid my ticket on the kiosk. The manager came by when we were paying and asked if everything was fine. We expressed to him how our experience with Kayla has been and he had suggested that we request to not be sat in her section the next time. He was very nice but do not think that is the right answer. Addressing the behavior would be a better solution, especially since Kayla wears a shirt specifying she’s a certified trainer. On the way out the door we also heard her say “they were rude” which is another questionable assumption considering there was 0 interaction.

I didn't even stay to eat. The waitresses (3-4) were standing around visiting with each other. The waitress who took my order drink started waiting on someone, I guess, because she was "trying" to make mixed drinks. Someone else brought me a "carbonated" Coke. So i just settled for fast food😕

Our server was excellent. Our food was delicious. The kitchen could not keep up. Our table sat 8. Half of our group finished their food before the rest of us were served. Some of my plate never came out. The manager gave our table a discount, but it was still a disappointment.

I ordered 80 dollars worth of food. I spent 4 alone to get a side of asparagus and literally got 4 1/2 stalks. The sirloin were much smaller than 10oz. Over cooked, the sides didn't even fill the to go packages. The shrimp was rubber. Even though I put in in when ordered it was still a wait and argument over getting A1 sauce and silverware. This was supposed to be a special night for my son and I and I have completely wasted my money at this place. And they didn't keep it under a warmer so of course it's cold

Nobody dash for this place they are always 5 and 10 minutes after the order says it needs to be done a lot of the times the employees are playing grab-ass and won't even acknowledge that you're their horrible horrible horrible place for dashing
