Second time I've came here to get chicken strip basket and the cooks are not wearing any gloves on their hands.. I have reported both times, and now about to report it to FDA site and turn them in..

I would just contact who ever is in charge of this location, but I can find nothing but a phone number to the store and by my experience today, that’s not going to get me far.
Staff was not professional. Rung in more expensive items than we ordered ( ex: handed me a cup when I didn’t ask for a drink, charged me for one…asked for four chicken strips, rung up for a basket….please just ask the customer if it isn’t clear! I can’t afford to just pay whatever!)
We realized after paying what happened. The employee at the register looked and acted exhausted (empty restaurant on a Monday), so we just let it go because fixing it seemed like it wouldn’t be worth the mess.
After we were seated, two different employees wandered throughout the empty dining room, seemingly bored, trying to strike up conversation. We were honestly just annoyed at that point and wanted to be left alone.
Fox news on the TV in the dining room. Please don’t. I don’t want politics in my face when trying to relax.
On a previous visit, I was asked to leave my ketchup packets I didn’t use so they could presumably give them to someone else? Gross.
Will not be returning.

We haven't been here in years, and my son decided he wanted birthday lunch there. There was somewhat of a communication barrier because the only staff we had contact with were mostly Spanish-speaking. It took a bit for them to get the correct order. However, one of us never got the sundae even though we asked for it with the meal; my son was being too nice to want to ask for it at the end. I ordered onion rings and they didn't offer any sauce; I went to the counter to ask for some BBQ sauce, and she started ringing it up. You apparently cannot get sauce with your onion rings. They give a very limited number of ketchup packets, and while we were eating, a staff member came and made us remove all items from a tray so they could take it. It was somewhat awkward because she had to say it a few times before we knew what she was asking for. I would not normally give a lower rating for service, but the entire experience was awkward and they seemed pretty rude.

Hit and miss on the food, the employees are generally nice. Nothing to write home about.

Horrible customer service the manager set in a booth while his employees stood behind the counter and played on their phones. We will not be going back

My wife is uncomfortable coming here now. There is a man there, he says he's the manager, that is overly friendly. He has come to our passenger window to talk through a half inch crack while we were in the drive through. He overshares about his personal life and just makes the experience uncomfortable. I can friendly but this too much. It makes it very uncomfortable. We avoid ice cream here now which is unfortunate because it's my favorite.

Could not understand the cashier. Spoke ridiculously fast and with a very heavy Hindi accent. Had to get help to understand her. Second employee (male) the same way. Drive up window cashier was playing with her phone and too busy to ask what I wanted when I returned to the counter for additional help. She had a large facial tattoo and face piercings, not what most people want to see before eating. Portion of dip gravy was only half cup as was the sundae that came with meal, only half cup. 3-piece chicken strip dinner was 4 very small pieces. Won't be back, but I will share my experience.
Overall I love DQ the kids and I come often for ice cream. Today however my dad bought us lunch and the bacon on my cheeseburger was completely raw. I’m glad I noticed before I ate much of it, do better guys you could give someone food poisoning. Yuck. I took a picture but it’s not letting me post it.

One of the newer cleaner DQ's that you'll visit
I usually just enjoy the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard, so I can't comment on their other food.
