We love Drop the H! Their food is amazing, the service is always friendly and efficient, and they have fun nights like Trivia night for the community. I personally love their Parmesan Poppers and could eat them every day. Fun for family, business, or a night out - the atmosphere covers it all.

We stopped at Drop the H Brewing company on our way back to Kansas City. We soon found out why they sold out of our first choice the Margherita pizza, we ended up picking our second choice the Arugula and we finished the whole pie. The crust was the perfect blend of crispy/chewy and the ingredients, according to my kids, were fire. If we lived in Pittsburgh this would be a regular place for us.

We don't visit often, but it's always a joy to eat here. I feel like their menu's changed for the good over the years. Beer selection was excellent. Only wish they let you get the salad at dinner time (it's only a lunch offering right now 5/2025).

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Their SCHWARZBIER is a must-try, perfectly complementing their delicious pizzas. And the beef sandwich? Simply amazing! Can’t wait to come back for more.
Wife and I were passing through while traveling so we didn't try any of the beer. However, they have great food and friendly service. I had the Big Italy and it was amazing. My wife had the margherita pizza and it was very good as well. Only downside was the men's bathroom was completely out of soap in both the motion sensor dispenser and little soap bottle on the counter. Hopefully I just have very unlucky timing, but I had to pop into the women's bathroom just to wash my hands.

The atmosphere will make you think you are ANYWHERE but Pittsburg KS. They have done a miraculous remodel. Very, very modern and so cool.
Not sure you can beat the pizza anywhere.
Servers were good...but, well, young and inexperienced...lol. Don't let that stop you. They were fun, friendly and just fine. If you want it speediest, try Domino's or Little Cesar's. Our pizza didn't take long at all. I'll go back often. Good place to watch a game!
