Pretzel Bites
Bite sized pieces of warm salted pretzel tossed in butter and served with our homemade beer cheese made with beer brewed here.
Cheesy Garlic Sticks
Our fresh-baked dough brushed with a buttery garlic sauce, then topped with melted cheeses. Designed to share, but we're betting these melt-in-your-mouth sticks will be hoarded.
Parm Poppers
Puffs of dough tossed in butter, our secret parmesan blend, and parsley. Served with marinara.

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, asiago, croutons, and our house-made creamy Caesar dressing.
Greek Salad
Crisp romaine, spring mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, shaved onions, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, feta, and with our house-made Greek dressing on the side.

The Classic Margherita
The subtle melding of flavors between our house-made sauce and mild mozzarella slices is elegantly accentuated with fresh-cut basil.
Cow-A-Fungus
A rosemary and Porcini creamed mushroom sauce, fresh mozzarella, tender slices of steak, freshly sliced mushrooms, smothered in bacon and garnished with green onions. You'll shout Cow-a-Fungus.
Drop the Piggy
Fresh mozzarella, pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. A meat lovers dream.
The Sweet and Spicy
A ricotta and garlic sauce mixed with feta and mozzarella cheese, topped with freshly sliced jalapenos and pepperoni. We top it with just the right amount of our homemade hot honey drizzle. Lip smacking good.
Smokin' Great Pizza (1 pc)
Smoked mozzarella, roasted red pepper cream sauce, brick oven roasted peppers, sweet Italian sausage, reggiano. The roasted red pepper cream sauce is what puts the "smokin" in this great pie.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Fresh mozzarella, chicken, and a creamy buffalo sauce packing a cayenne pepper punch. You'll be smacking your lips as you devour our take on the traditional chicken wing.
Pizza Arugula
Fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic sauce, arugula, prosciutto, reggiano and truffle oil drizzle. The tart spiciness of the arugula, the rich creaminess of the cheese and a salty punch from the prosciutto - who knew something so simple could be so subtly grand.

A flavorful mix of red potatoes, corn, bacon, red peppers, and onion in creamy broth. We add just a smidge of jalapenos to keep you warm this winter.

We love Drop the H! Their food is amazing, the service is always friendly and efficient, and they have fun nights like Trivia night for the community. I personally love their Parmesan Poppers and could eat them every day. Fun for family, business, or a night out - the atmosphere covers it all.

We stopped at Drop the H Brewing company on our way back to Kansas City. We soon found out why they sold out of our first choice the Margherita pizza, we ended up picking our second choice the Arugula and we finished the whole pie. The crust was the perfect blend of crispy/chewy and the ingredients, according to my kids, were fire. If we lived in Pittsburgh this would be a regular place for us.

Drop the H is the best place to take family & friends out to enjoy a Wonderful Dining experience from the way the hospitable staff greets you at the door, promptness to fill you in on Locals Favorites, Specials to school you to meet just what your pallet would love to get into. That’s what my family & I have experienced, repeat visits to enjoy our meals, but also to check out what Chef Carolyn has prepared you for such , always so
