I'm not from town, just stopping through but the service is amazing and fast and the food is delicious

I’m so disappointed in Guad. :(
I’ve been going here since I was a freshman in college. We made reservations for my masters graduation and they separated my party of 20 into 4 different tables. They got all of our drink orders wrong and we had been waiting for 45 minutes and we they didn’t take any food orders. We ended up leaving and going to a different local Mexican restaurant. So disappointed!

I ordered the San Jose burrito with beef. I didn’t know it came with ground beef,I thought it was shredded beef. I should have asked. Anyhow,it was seasoned super salty,I had to put the rice and beans on it and eat it all together to even out the salt and the burrito itself was no better than a Taco Bell burrito. Plus the ground beef had something hard in it and it chipped my tooth. I was not satisfied and won’t go back. I really thought I was going to have a better experience.

The food is good, but on the menu it says Mexican enchiladas, and there is nothing Mexican, I think they should really investigate how Mexican enchiladas are made, the ones they offer are good but they are not the traditional enchiladas of Mexico.
