Over half of the seating was available, and service was very slow. Food that we had ordered, wasn't prepared. Other tables who were seated just after us, still didn't have their food when we left. They lied about not having cinnamon rolls, then served cinnamon roll to table next to us. When asked about the cinnamon rolls, our waitress becomes very defensive. Terrible service.

The vibe is great! Love the decoration.

It took 17 min sitting at the table to even get water.
I know they were busy(ish).
Then the food was not very good. We could not even finish the pancakes because they were so bad.

After I got the ticket, I realize that they didn’t even bring all of the food that we had ordered

Overall, would never back.

The price on Google had it at the lowest setting a dollar amount.
However, it was extremely expensive for very poor food

We may have been there on a bad day. It was chaotic and disorganized. Servers and staff were kind. Food was OK. Wouldn't be my first choice.

My husband and I tried out Harry's after dark tonight. The staff is amazing, helpful, and very friendly. the food was amazing. I had eggs, ham, sausage, and hash browns. he had the stark raving mad breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. Hope they get enough business to continue being open at night. ❤️

The food was top notch and portions were large. The cheeseburgers were big and so flavorful, the fries were like homemade, and the lightly breaded onion rings were out of this world! The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well!

It's so hard for me to review a place like this. I LOOOVE old restaurants, and places with a history, and Harry's is definitely one such place. From the ancient candlestick phone with the crank dial to the beautiful green booths and wooden walls, it's my dream cafe. The service was fantastic, too. But-- the food. It wasn't very good. It wasn't awful, but it was just average. The coffee was good, but they have non-dairy creamer, and not half and half. In a vacuum, the food is at best 3 stars, but the atmosphere and service go a long way. If they ever get serious about the food here, this would be a world-class retro diner destination, worth making a detour on any road trip to visit, but as it is now, it's only a place to visit if you happen to be in Pittsburg, Kansas at breakfast time.

I love the retro vibe and classic menu! The food was fantastic. Reminds me of grandma’s kitchen cooking. Fantastic, massive cinnamon rolls and homemade bread. Can’t wait to come back

I’m rarely compelled to leave reviews, but I had to for Harry’s. Paula gave us amazing service, always checking in on us and making sure we had what we wanted. The food was great and the prices were even better! We’re traveling from South Dakota, but I’ll be sure to come back next time we are in Pittsburg.
