They always get The order wrong in some way. When I went to talk with the owner Of the pizza place he was rude and wouldn't own the mistake And told me to Get out. And when my boyfriend went to address the issue with him he cussed him out and told him to get out, And only refunded the money for half the Order. They are the best pizza in town but the owner is a rude pig.

I have to tell you that Horton's is just about the best pizza experience you can get impressions I'm not really one for designed pizzas and Wood-Fired things that I just don't care to think about I really appreciate Horton's approach and the sauce and their use of pepperoni on someone else's pizza.
Ordered food for carry out was late picking it up due to car troubles and miscommunication on my end. Hortons employee Adam, called me and very rudely told me that because I didn’t pick it up I could never eat from Hortons again and HUNG UP IN MY FACE.. Keep in mind I’m at work and sent someone to pick up for me.. food sat for an hour, I apologized and asked if it could be remade fresh I was told no. My bf ended up picking the food up and paying. (I wish he wouldn’t have because the guy was very rude).. Ive spent lots of my money at hortons but I will not be spending another dime there. Employees should have better communication skills and be more understanding, as they are not owners of the business.
