I ordered the Beach Club and the Tuscan Italian Wrap. The wrap was excellent; however, the Beach Club was covered in mustard and hardly had avocado. Normally the wrong sauce doesn’t bother me; however, I do not like mustard and specifically ordered a sandwich that doesn’t come with mustard. The mustard was between the vegetables and cheese, so I couldn’t just wipe it off. I paid $9 for the club and couldn’t eat it.

they nearly always forget something on my sandwich :( ... if you charge 9 dollars for a sub, it should at least be the one i ordered. good when they get it right but that's rare.
I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. This was my first time at this location as I was in the area for work. Staff was clearly flustered and having a hard time keeping up with the drive-thru and customers inside. Took a while to get my order taken and receive my food. Food was good, and tasted great.

I love going to jimmy johns but today when I went the staff was SO RUDE. They were giving us mean looks. When my friend asked for a bag they sighed and handed it to her so meanly. Hope they can find some joy next time.

I have a coworker who ordered food for delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address; she called to let them know and I was APPAULED on how she was spoken to by the delivery driver and the manager. She was immediately given attitude and was told it was her fault when she asked for a refund and they fought her on it and they told her she needed to apologize! She stood her ground with them and she was spoken to with such disrespect and HORRIBLE customer service! I have never heard such horrible customer service in my life and me and 2 other people who heard are shocked by it. Will not be returning and the franchise owners should be looking into them.

The help today Jan 22nd 2025 at 12:30 pm was as rude as ive ever heard on the phone. Cusing a customer for something their fault. Our company did business there multi times a week. NO MORE
I went through the drive thru around 11:30am on October 19th. Was told they just got a 800 dollar order and I'm gonna need to wait awhile. And if I didn't like it I could leave by lady on speaker. Way to treat customers. Freaky fast my a$$ and learn some manners !

Apperantly after 7 they don't do giant sandwiches. I didn't realize that jimmy johns had this rule or maybe it was just the lady that was working not wanting to get off her phone long enough to make 2 giants. I've had better service at the DMV.
