Apparently no one in the store can read. We order McDoubles with no cheese and every time they put cheese on them. Then we order a Dr Pepper and end up getting tea instead then then guy when we call just plays it off as oh it happens.

How do you get honey confused with honey mustard in a bag full of fries, nuggets, and burgers? I'm supposed to dip my nuggets in honey lol? You want extra pay for an easy job but can't even do the job. You can't give out napkins, or straws, and worst of all: you can't give out service. 0/10 for this location. Don't expect more pay when you can't handle the basics.

I don’t know why I can never order the chicken deluxe sandwich with cheese and get it. This is 3 times in a row I ordered it that way and get a chicken sandwich with just sauce and pickles. I wanted lettuce and tomatoes. I even slowed down and went in and said what I wanted this time and double checked they heard me correctly. The only reason I went back is my kids wanted it.

Went through drive through to order food. It is a double drive through. Got told to hold twice before I got to order. The other lane had two cars go through and order before I was asked for my order. I proceeded to tell them that they allowed two orders in the other lane to go ahead of me and the response I got back was they were short staffed. I never once complained about the 30 min wait in the drive through. I understand labor challenges.
On a side note it snowed two days ago, the parking lot has not been plowed and is absolutely terrible. Will be making a phone call about this also

Manager was extremely rude, blamed for not paying. Interrupted me multiple times and left mid conversation. She complained to me to another manager and made someone else give me my food. 10/10 would make the drive to the other one

I got a Mcrispy got it, had nothing on just patty and 2 buns I go to ask for them to fix it, was rude argued with me the “fixed” Mcrispy sandwich they gave me was burnt and think was really hard to chew, also cold, over it

My order was made wrong. I drove all the way home and then realized. I called to ask for a refund, they wouldn't refund without me driving back and giving the food back. The food was made wrong, with missing ingredients I paid EXTRA for and DID NOT recieve. I ordered a McCripsy with extra mayo and NO PICKLES. Instead, i received what looks to be a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo in sight but there are pickles. I'll be reaching out to my bank instead to dispute this transaction and the sandwich is going in the trash.
