So idk if it's because theyre busy or what but the food was ok, fries tasted like the grease needed changed but edible, the table we sat at was sticky still, the food is alright, but sometimes you have to yell back there to get someone's attention to order and it takes them a bit. Nobody was rude or anything though, just slow..

Placed an online order at 8:58 and when we pulled up to the speaker the weirdo was truly rude about how they closed at 9 and they weren’t taking any new orders and we asked how we get the money back because the order went through at 8:58 and she was just really rude and weird and nasty about it. terrible service constantly and sometimes when we go the meat smells funky. will be going to the north side from now on

Nothing like ordering your food and getting pulled to wait and install three because every other stall is full because they don’t wanna hurt their time on serving their customers, but they have no problem lined to corporate!! 10 minutes still waiting but the fries are cold again

On a school field trip from Joplin, a large portion of students and myself stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch. It was packed! But regardless of the overwhelming amount of teens and adults in line, the staff was tolerant and attentive. A kind woman who I assume was a manager came into the dining area and assured everyone had received the right thing, that everything was made to order correctly, and that we were happy. We were pleased! Thank you for the kindness and tolerance again.

Oh my goodness! This is the absolute SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been at - all tables are dirty and been waiting for over 20 minutes for food . Bathroom out of toilet paper. And the real sad part is that they weren’t busy at all! Don’t recommend and if I didn’t paid- I would have left already.

Placed a mobile order at 9:55 am, arrived at a stall spot and checked in at 10:10 am, then waited an additional 25 minutes to be served, 2 mcmuffins, 2 breakfast burritos, 2 hash browns, and a coke and orange juice. It took just over 40 minutes to be served a small to average size order of the most common things on their breakfast menu, with ordering ahead and giving ample time. With it being delivered burnt and missing straws for the drinks.
I don't expect alot from McDonald's but I do expect the minimum of non burnt food and a timely order from a FAST food restaurant.
The staff also didn't acknowledge any amount of wait I experienced.
This experience has only reinforced my distaste for this specific location in the past years.
