Went through drive through to order food. It is a double drive through. Got told to hold twice before I got to order. The other lane had two cars go through and order before I was asked for my order. I proceeded to tell them that they allowed two orders in the other lane to go ahead of me and the response I got back was they were short staffed. I never once complained about the 30 min wait in the drive through. I understand labor challenges. On a side note it snowed two days ago, the parking lot has not been plowed and is absolutely terrible. Will be making a phone call about this also

Manager was extremely rude, blamed for not paying. Interrupted me multiple times and left mid conversation. She complained to me to another manager and made someone else give me my food. 10/10 would make the drive to the other one

I got a Mcrispy got it, had nothing on just patty and 2 buns I go to ask for them to fix it, was rude argued with me the “fixed” Mcrispy sandwich they gave me was burnt and think was really hard to chew, also cold, over it

My order was made wrong. I drove all the way home and then realized. I called to ask for a refund, they wouldn't refund without me driving back and giving the food back. The food was made wrong, with missing ingredients I paid EXTRA for and DID NOT recieve. I ordered a McCripsy with extra mayo and NO PICKLES. Instead, i received what looks to be a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo in sight but there are pickles. I'll be reaching out to my bank instead to dispute this transaction and the sandwich is going in the trash.

THEY ARE SO FREAKING SLOW!!!!!! And my food was COLD! I waited a good 15 minutes with cars all lined up in the drive thru for so long. For COLD FOOD!? And y’all’s sweet tea is not sweet at all. GET RID OF THE KIDS AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANNA WORK.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru for a 4 item order, did not get helped or receive a receipt after paying, ended up going inside to get it. Didn't realize order was messed up until after leaving and then had to go back and get it remade by the manager on duty. Would rate lower if the manager wouldn't have remade the order.

I had two mobile orders both being the exact same thing 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins with a hash brown for both orders I got home and was missing a hashbrown and one of my McMuffins didn’t come with the sausage on it gross makes me not wanna do this again
The drive-thru was ridiculously slow the my order was entirely wrong I don't know what's going on probably just having a bad day I guess
