So idk if it's because theyre busy or what but the food was ok, fries tasted like the grease needed changed but edible, the table we sat at was sticky still, the food is alright, but sometimes you have to yell back there to get someone's attention to order and it takes them a bit. On a school field trip from Joplin, a large portion of students and myself stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch. It was packed! But regardless of the overwhelming amount of teens and adults in line, the staff was tolerant and attentive. A kind woman who I assume was a manager came into the dining area and assured everyone had received the right thing, that everything was made to order correctly, and that we were happy. This is our favorite place to pick up milk. My granddaughter always has questions for the workers there and they will find the answer for her even if they are not sure. If don't know they will find someone that knows. This makes us all happy just to know someone cares enough about a child to help her find the answers.
