1. I ordered a sweet tea and didn’t get it. 2nd, I waited almost a hour for 2 burgers, 2 French fries and 10 piece nugget that should’ve been done in like 10 to 20 minutes. Calling yourself fast food is a joke. Probably the worst McDonald’s Ive ever been at.

Sitting in drive up 4 cars before me but after 30 minutes waiting is a joke fast food what is wrong with this

Did curbside pick up and took close to 25 minutes to get my order. Wasted half of my lunch break waiting and the worker didn't apologize for it taking so long and didn't offer an tell me why it took so long. I use curbside pickup because I can't talk into the speaker at drive thru

No one in the place and still got our order wrong. So we had to wait while some of us had food and some didnt. Also inconvenient that you have to go up to the front for refills. No self serve drink machine.

In true fashion my order was messed up but didn't realize it until I was already at work. My burger was cold and hard around the edges. My fries -hot and fresh, my nuggets -hot and fresh, and my drink was good so I guess I'll take my 3 out of 4 and call it a win.

If I could rate this store with zero stars I would. Asked for a light ice lemonade and the associate immediately started screaming at me that it wouldn’t get me more lemonade in my cup, which I didn’t ask for. I simply wanted light ice. Will NEVER visit this location again.
It's unfortunate the World's Largest Restaurant Chain can't afford to give a free breakfast to veterans again this year. Checked both locations in Pittsburg, KS and the answer was the same. Wonder if it's just our filthy Pittsburg restaurants or all McDonalds. BTW: I contacted McDonald's corporate and was told the decision on promotions is left to the independent owners…the Nichole’s family.
