If I could give it a one star I would we waited for 15 to 20 minutes no one put a sandwich in my bag I don't know how you can get forget a whole sandwich when my sandwich finally came it was covered like it was like they dumped a whole bag of lettuce on it wish I would have taken pictures fries were cold after asking them to be fresh you could tell they had been cooked and then recooked horrible McDonald's wouldn't recommend

It's McDonald's. You know what you are getting when you go there. What you are getting though is overpriced, underseasonned unimaginative food served in an environment that has a corporate sterility emblematic of the finest hospital and prison cafeterias. Service is nonexistent since ordering is shunted through an app or a kiosk.

My family and I were traveling back to KC from Oklahoma. We stopped at this location to grab a quick bite for the road. The outside of the location was clean and welcoming, however the fries and chicken strips were cold and the wait was longer than most McDonald's. The overall staff didnt seem welcoming when greeted at the window. I remember a time when McDonald's employees had pride im their work.
I have not been to this McDonald's location in probably 15 years or more, and now I remember why. On a quick visit for one item through the drive through, I got mediocre food, service with a frown, no napkins in the bag, and they tried to charge me fifty cents for a cup of water.

Order on the App, had a special order biscuit for our son. Drive up, finally got order, get home and no special order biscuit. Call the phone number and get a recording. I contact McDonald's via website, I get a response from the Director of Operations. First, she got the location wrong, did apologize but no offer to replace item. With prices today, lack of action to remedy issue is not a very solid business decision . This echoes other reviews of this location on N. Broadway.
