My family and I were traveling back to KC from Oklahoma. We stopped at this location to grab a quick bite for the road. The outside of the location was clean and welcoming, however the fries and chicken strips were cold and the wait was longer than most McDonald's. The overall staff didnt seem welcoming when greeted at the window. I remember a time when McDonald's employees had pride im their work.
In true fashion my order was messed up but didn't realize it until I was already at work. My burger was cold and hard around the edges. My fries -hot and fresh, my nuggets -hot and fresh, and my drink was good so I guess I'll take my 3 out of 4 and call it a win.
For the most part, I love this location. However, unless I ask every time I order it, the sausage McMuffin is almost fully untoasted. It has grease soaked in, but not toasted at all. Otherwise, the only when I go inside to order, is that the floor is always sticky and the bathrooms are pretty gross.
