Twice now I have gotten a quarter pounder that is raw in the middle so this time I called and they really want me to bring it all the way back. I could see it if they were busy and it was fresh but they weren't and it's definitely not fresh.

unable to accommodate my mother, absolutely terrible customer service. the same people whining about wanting 15$ an hour cant even do basic customer service like preparing a drink. will not recommend and will not be spending a single dime here. what a joke.

The North McDonald's in Pittsburg, KS is the absolute worst McDonald's. Orders are never correct and the employees are very unprofessional.

It seems that every time we go there there is also an issue. Either they don't get the order right, or jip you on fries, or just don't have what you are ordering. That sucks too, because its nice to grab something quick every once and awhile. Looks like we will be sticking to Wendy's or Arby's.

Waited in drive through for 15 minutes at the ordering speaker and I was the only one in line, ordered my food went to pick it up and then they tell me they are only accepting cash. 20 minutes of my time wasted because the entire staff failed to inform me that they couldn't process debit/credit cards. Thanks alot. Now I get to start my 12 hour work day without breakfast. My family of 6 won't ever go to the North McDonald's again.
