Terrible is all I can say. Ordered a pizza online at 11:30 am. Went to the tracker at 11:45 to say my pizza was done cooking and being boxed up. Went to pickup my pizza at noon to have them say they are cleaning the ovens. Why the hell would the do that at lunch time. They also said it would be 10-15 to cook your pizza. It should've been done before noon not 12:15-12:20. At lunch I don't have a lot of time to sit and wait. So I walked out not getting my pizza. Just glad...read full review
Don't expect them to honor a coupon you get in the mail. I received one that offered a buy one get one free but when I called to order it they refused to honor it for delivery even though it does not specify carry out only. To me, that skirts pretty close to false advertising Papa John's Pittsburg. It'll be awhile before I order from you again.
