I had wings delivered they were buffalo they forgot the sauce i called theu offered to bring me sauce packets which would of took like 30 minutes and they would of been cold since It was there mistake and not mine i asked can you please just bring me the right ones and take these back and she said no so she refused to fix there mistake

I will not be ordering from this store ever again. On Sunday 11/03 we ordered take out for a pizza and 8 wings. When I got home and opened the boxes, we saw the pizza was missing 1 of its 2 toppings, and we were given 6 wings instead of 8. I called the store immediately and was told we were given a store credit for the incorrect items. When I tried to redeem the credit today (11/06) I was on hold for 12 minutes waiting for someone to pick up to apply the credits. When someone did pick up, I was told there were no credits on my account and that there was nothing they could do. This store has messed up orders several times in the past, and always forgets any drinks we order or extra sauces, which is why we stopped getting delivery.

Ordered a cheese pizza, drove from Girard to pick it up and it was made as a pepperoni. Tried asking for another and stated that I could wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to be made. No offer of discount anything just said take what I ordered or wait. Now I know why we don't go to papa John's in Pittsburg.

I don't know what has changed within but the food quality at this particular Pappa Johns has done a 180 turn. We had stopped frequenting Pappa Johns due to lack of quality a.k.a. flavor but decided to give it one last chance and wow! It was like the Pappa Johns of old! Glad to find they had recovered what was sadly lost. Great recovery and we will recomend it to others.

We tried ordering online and when we finished a few minutes later our food got here. It was mid and then I found a nat and a few hairs in the pizza. I tried calling back and telling them that, but the guy on the other line told me that there was nothing in the pizza and calling me a liar. I called him back on a different phone but as soon as he picked up I told him the same thing and he immediately hung up. We called him one more time on a different phone and he gave out our personal information and told the person on the other line that there were “stupid pranksters” that keep calling them. And he said “thank god you weren’t those pranksters” and we tried asking for his name and he just said “nope” and called the person on the other line “honezy” in a disrespectful way. I don’t know what to do because there were multiple hairs and a nat in the pizza and he called me a liar.
