Since 1934, Pichlers Chicken Annie has been serving the best fried chicken dinners in the Midwest. The fried chicken is crispy & hot from the fryer. Dinners come with chilled cole slaw, chilled potato salad, onion rings, and spaghetti in tomato sauce. The service is efficient & friendly as is the custom here in Kansas. We always have to stop at Pichler’s Inn Pittsburg when we come through. We have to always adjust our traveling schedule to the times that the restaurant is open. So well worth it.

Visiting from Ohio and we tried both Chicken Annie’s & Chicken Mary’s. Annie’s hands down had the better chicken. It was juicy, tender & had a wonderful flavor. The side dishes were ok.
Our biggest problem was our server. She probably was the worse waitress I’ve have. She forgot everything, took forever to return (15 min) only to forget why she came back! We had to ask several times for things, it was hit & miss if she would return with said items.
