The general manager along with a few of her crew members were beyond gracious to me when I broke down in the parking lot. They even towed it home for me. Super great people man.

They messed up our order they did give us credit for it. It upsets me they still don't have a gluten free crust like every other pizza place does. This is the only pizza place that doesn't have gluten free crust.

Got there to pick up my pizza right as it was coming out the oven! Hot and fresh pizza is so gooooood especially when it's stuff crust. The inside was clean. The lightening outside wasn't very bright and the building seemed uninviting

Horrible job. We pre-ordered 14 pizzas from the Pittsburg Pizza Hut. When we went to pick them up they weren't ready. The employees said they thought we meant 11:30 pm instead of 11:30 in the morning. Had to wait for over an hour for them to fix it. The employees spent the time yelling at each other & fighting. When we finally got the pizzas, they were dried out, burnt, & disgusting. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. They need better employees.

This location always has an issue with online orders or just issues in general. Always running out of food items,. Always seems to have computer issues, employees seem to never know how to find your order on the computer. When I finally got my food it didn't have all the ingredients I was supposed to have.

Very disappointed! Been awhile since we ordered from this restaurant due to horrible service in the past. We'll the horrible service is still present. Scheduled a pick up 45 minutes in advance. Showed up 2 minutes early and said it would be another 10 minutes. Lady was rather rude about the fact that I was there. Waited the 10 minutes Showed back up got corrected on how to pronounce my name, bad customer service. Got home pizza dough was not cook fully. After 55 minutes you would think they could cook it correctly! Once again not returning to this Pizza Hut as the customer service sucks and the food is not cooked properly.

This pizza hut has something satanic going on inside the most disgusting thing I have ever seen being displayed in a restaurant they have a Christmas tree with Halloween decorations on it so disgusting pray for this company and crew members who ever thinks this is ok is truly satanic
the delivery, take out, and dine in are very fine! nice job cutting the pizza unlike dominos who just hit the pizza with the roller, and called it a day.

The college kids at Pittsburg Kansas can’t read. Ordered boneless wings close to closing time got order drove home without looking at order and they gave me bone in wings that were barely sauced and half cooked. Do not go to Pittsburg Kansas Pizza Hut!!!

Haven't been to pizza hut in years and finally decided to try it again. I regret every bit of it. You might as well go get a frozen pizza. It's a lot cheaper and taste the same.

Didn’t receive our pizzas despite it saying delivered 20 minutes prior. Manager on the phone was standoffish when I asked if it was still out for delivery. Said they would charge me again for the order if the delivery driver came to the same house. Driver showed up and argued with me and my neighbor, accusing me of putting in the wrong address even though it was obvious she went to the wrong house. Was very rude and made a scene on the street.
Edit: Forgot to mention the driver was smoking in the car with our pizzas inside.
