Surprisingly dry brisket and basic ribs, also pretty thick crust on the catfish 💯 not the worst but wouldn't come back while passing through again

What a wonderful experience! From the very start, Kyler was the very best host we have ever had, very attentive and let us pic a booth to your liking. After we sat down, he came over to make sure the booth was clean and we had all our silverware. He really went the extra mile. As always, Regan was a wonderful server as expected! And wow! The manager Troy, makes a really good glass of milk! One of our best experiences to date .

We had a wonderful experience at the Rib Crib tonight. Regan is an excellent server and has attention to detail and very kind and sweet. The whole establishment is always on their toes when they have a structured leader like Troy present. What a great team!

Time after time we have come here to eat because the food is normally very good. Here we are yet again another Friday night and they are out of baked potatoes before 715 pm. This is 3 or 4th time this has happened. If you can’t keep stock to get your restaurant thru the weekend take the item off the menu or order properly…
Food & service were good. We would go back if we lived in Pittsburgh, KS.

The food was okay. The baked potato I got at lunch was very old, probably sitting for many hours. The hamburgers were good , the smoked meat was pretty good but not anything special. Our waitress was fabulous

Service was good, food not so good. Brisket and pulled pork full of fat and was cold. Paid $18 for a platter with $3 worth of meat on it. Better stick with a burger hard to mess that up.
