Daughter and I ordered at the same time, she had hibachi and I ordered a salad and sushi roll. Hers came and she ate slowly, mine NEVER came. Not even my salad. Went to get it to go, and they hadn't even started on mine 45 minutes later, so I left hungry. It's odd because we were the ONLY people there when we arrived and there were 2 sushi chefs.
The sushi here is phenomenal! I try a different roll every time and I'm never disappointed. The service is exceptional on top of the great food!!
Went last night to enjoy a night out with my friend. I would not recommend eating in. The food is amazing however the service and order is very very poor. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for drinks. About 20 minutes later I received my food but my friend did not. It took about an hour and some change for her food to come out. Once it did she has for a to go and the waiter (male) was very rude to her. I would recommend ordering takeout for here. No dining in. Again the food was awesome but the service and order of the restaurant was very very poor. This was my first time going to my expectations are very low for this place.
Will NEVER eat here again. The prices went up while the portion size went down by half. There was a HAIR in my food and the shrimp was half cooked . I just hope I don’t get food poisoning.
By far the worst experience I've had in a restaurant. Ignored when we sat down waiting for 30 minutes ordered food. When it came out it was wrong and cold and didn't get our sushi till after we got our other food. Will never be back
me and him ordered the chicken entree and the side of shrimp and the crab roll it was very good I wasn't expecting it to be that good. The only thing I'd say is the soda was flat like a two liter that has been sitting out for a while. Other than that very good very very affordable price and very nice customer service. Our server for being the only one was very nice and awesome. For all that food it was only $40. Will return definitely and recommend.
Served soap in rice small small portions horrible food ? huge let down miso soup was edible at beat after soy and salt added.
Wish I could share my details of my order but I called the place 5 times, each time waiting two minutes to call again, and never got an answer. Gotta love amazing customer service.
Been twice and both times food was great and workers are nice sushi there is sooo good and piercing is reasonable I will happily go back
We love their Sushi and it is real nice that they are open when other restaurants are closed. They are real good for take out service.

Chicken was a little bit dry sushi rolled took forever to come out it did not arrive until we was almost done with our entree. Temperature was a bit warm in the building
Awful service. Incorrect food twice.
Since the new management I have been twice. Both times my order has been wrong. This past experience I called ahead of time to carry out and was told 20 minutes. I got there, they had no recollection of my order, asked me to wait 7 minutes and they would have it ready. It took 15 and was made incorrectly. There was no apology or compensation for their mistake. I will not be returning.
Warning! They are understaffed but even if it takes a little longer than other restaurants, Sakera is worth dropping into! Took 5 people out for under $50 - that is hard to do at a sushi and hibachi grill. Food was tasty, rice with the hibachi was a little dry but nothing some delicious yum yum sauce didn't fix. Sushi was great! I left very full and looking forward to the next time I could drop in.
